Objectiv:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qing-Zhong-Jiang-Ni-Tang on bilereflux gastritis of biliary and gastric heat stagnation syndrome and explore themechanism of which from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:60cases with bile reflux gastritis were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group (30cases) and the control group (30cases).The former was givenQing-Zhong-Jiang-Ni-Tang while the latter was given Domperidone andTalcid.Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment,including gastroscopy observing.Results:After one course of treatment,significant difference was apparent in theclinical effects:In the treatment group,8cases recovered and13cases significantlyimproved,(thus the effectual rate is70.00%),8cases improved. The total effective rate inthe treatment group is96.67%..The effective rate of gastroscope observing was96.67%.In the control group,2cases recovered and5cases significantly improved,(thus theeffectual rate is23.33%),15cases improved.The total effective rate in the control group is73.33%. The effective rate of gastroscope observing was73.33%.There were statisticallysignificant differences in the total effective rate between the treatment group and controlguoup(P<0.05).The effective rate from the treatment group is clearly superior.Conclusions: Qing-Zhong-Jiang-Ni-Tang is an effective drug of treating bile refluxgastritis of biliary and gastric heat stagnation syndrome which Mechanism mighthave relations with enhanceing gastrointestinal motility,improving the function of Anti-refluxand adjusting the levels of gastrointestinal hormone....
