Clinical Study On Dachaihu Decoction And Qingwei Powder Modified In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis(Gallbladder-Stomach Stagnation-Heat Syndrome)

Objective: The objection is to observe the clinical efficacy of modified Dachaihu Decoction and Qingwei Powder in the treatment of biliary reflux gastritis(Gallbladder-Stomach Stagnation-Heat Syndrome),and to explore the mechanism of modified Dachaihu Decoction and Qingwei Powder in the treatment of BRG.Methods: 72 patients with clinically eligible BRG were collected from the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach diseases,affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,and they were randomly divided into two groups,one for the treatment group and the other for control group,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction and Qingwei Powder,while the control group was treated with Dalitong Granule.The data of patients before and after treatment were collected,the scores and total scores were calculated.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 program.Finally,the conclusion was drawn.Results: Of the 72 patients studied,4 patients in the treatment group were incomplete in data collection due to missing interviews,2 patients voluntarily withdrew from the study,and 6 patients in the control group did not take medicine according to doctor's advice and could not judge the curative effect.Finally,this study used the minimum sample size of60 cases,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the treatment group were 14.73±5.82,3.07±2.89,and those in the control group were 15.27±5.00 and 7.17±5.02.Comparison of treatment group after treatment and before treatment and comparison of control group after treatment and before treatment were all P < 0.01.After treatment,the scores in the treatment group and between the groups were all P < 0.01,with significant difference,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate under gastroscopy was 96.7% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group,P < 0.01.There was a significant difference between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in thecontrol group,P < 0.01.There was a significant difference between the two groups.The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Dachaihu Decoction combined with Qingwei Powder has obvious advantages in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(Gallbladder-Stomach Stagnation-Heat Syndrome).
