| Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Dan-Zhi-Xiao-Yao-San with Ursodesoxycholic acid curing biliary and gastric heat stagnation syndrome type bile reflux gastritis the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine are further explored,and the effective clinical thinking of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of bile reflux gastritis is provided.Methods: The inclusion criteria of 60 cases of bile reflux gastritis pati ents are chosen and randomly divided into an experimental group and a co ntrol group,with two groups of 30 cases each.Tth patients in the experi mental group are treated with Ursodesoxycholic acid capsules(0.2 g/day 1 time,bedtime oral)combined wit-h Dan-Zhi-Xiao-Yao-San(400 ml Per day,in half an hour early,after dinner oral)treatment,Control group is tr eated with only Ursodesoxycholic acid capsulestreatment.Two weeks' s per iod is one treatment course,and two treatment courses are observed.Obs erve the change of the microscopic signs of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptoms integral by using SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: The study shows that,about TCM syndrome curative effect,treatment group effectiveness is 90.00%,and control efficiency is 70.00%.After statistics analysis,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group.The symptom integral of the two groups have declined after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),which indicates that two groups of TCM symptoms are improved.The treatment group shows more significant effect(P <0.01)on improving the diagnosis burning pain,defecate difficulty,loss of appetite symptoms curative effect.About improving pantothenic acid,noisy,pulse condition of tongue coating on the curative,the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05),while about the effect of dry mouth mouth,bitter,belching,the treatment of two groups have no differences(P>0.05).Bile regurgitation under gastroscope situation,treatment group total effectiveness is 93.33%,and control group total effective rate 83.33%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Dan-Zhi-Xiao-Yao-San combination therapy is more significant than the simple use of ursodesoxycholic acid curative on improving the performance of syndromes,microscopically inflammation and bile reflux condition.Therefore,we should give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,for the recovery of patients,and play a role to the improvement of life quality. |
