objective: The aim of this study was to explore the pathogenesis and to investigate the relation in RRTI with serum vitaminA and immune euhance (including CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, IgG, IgM, IgA)and the factor in family, society, fact and so on. Methods: According to the claim select 60 children as the case group and the other 60 children as contrast group. To design questionnaire to obtain the data about family, society and fact. Microfluorimetic method determine the measurement of sersum VitaminA, CD3,CD4,CD8 were examined with flow cytonetry. And IgG, IgM,IgA with nephelometry. Seven indexes was designed to t-test. Fifteen indexes designed to be included in the questionnaires were analyzed by single factor analysis. The unconditional logistic regression model was used for the significant indexes. Result: In t-test, 7 of 8 indexes were obviously difrerence(p<0.05).In the single factor analysis, 7 of 23 indexes were obviously significant (p<0.05) and all also significant in the multifactor stepwise regression analysis(p<0.05).The resultsindicated that VitA,IgG, CD4,parants'level of education, feed mother's milk during 4 months were protectire; Father smoking and partiality for a particular kind to feed were the risk factors. Conclusion: Avoiding all kinds of suspicious risk factor, taking care of the nutrition of children; reasonable meals, increasily VitA assimilate ,building up one's immune enhancing may help the incidance of child RRTI.
