The second part of the thesis is clinical research. Based on the theory of the literature review, calculated out and analyze the condition changes before and after treatment of the children, who use the homemade sticking therapy of Dongzhimen hospital in different treatment course.Purpose:1.Calculate the curative effect of the sticking therapy in the treatment of RRTI, and analyze the relationship of the curative effect and the course of treatment.2.Calculate the curative effect of the change of the infection period, and analyze the relationship of it and the course of treatment. Methods:We choose 90 case of susceptible children, who were treated by sticking therapy for RRTI during the dog days from 2013 to 2015,collect the information before and after treatment in the form of outpatient follow-up or telephone return visit, analyze the relationship of the curative effect and the course of treatment.Results:1.The total efficiency of the treatment of the sticking therapy for RRTI is 75%(1-year treatment),89.5%(2-year treatment),94.7%(3-year treatment). The significant efficiency of the treatment of the sticking therapy for RRTI is 16.7%(1-year treatment), 36.8%(2-year treatment),73.7%(3-year treatment).2.22.8%of 1-year treatment has come down its grade of course of disease, and 39.5% of the 2-year treatment,89.5% of 3-year treatment.3.50% of 1-year treatment has come down its grade of diseases, and 63% of the 2-year treatment,73.7% of 3-year treatment.4.Compare the three groups in terms of the percentage of symptoms integral decline, the treatment effect is increasing year by year(P<0.05).5.The decrement of the symptoms score in the degree of fever increasing year by year.Conclusion:1.The sticking therapy for RRTI has a therapeutic effect for RRTI in different course of treatment.2.The total efficiency of the treatment and the percentage of symptoms integral decline in acute infection period is increasing year by year.3.The efficiency of the grade of course and kind of disease and the decrement of the symptoms score in the degree of acute symptoms is increasing year by year.
