| Research purpose and meaning:recurrent respiratory tract infections(RRTI) are common diseases in pediatrics, respiratory diseases account for 60% of the pediatric clinic,20% were RRTI, incidence of the disease is on the rise, not only will seriously affect the children’s growth and health of body and mind, and can increase the possibility for chronic respiratory disease as adults.Professor jun-hong wang uses yiqi huoxue yun spleen as the treatment principle, from a deeper level of research on RRTI.In the process of clinical observation found that respiratory infection of children have a certain degree of the change of intestinal function.This research mainly focus on qidanfugan particles deficiency after feeling granules on blood stasis syndrome children with RRTI of intestinal function and type of low respiratory tract mucosal immune mice intestine peristalsis and intestinal slgA levels. Research methods:Clinical research:a total of 60 cases were selected and divided into two groups, control group 30 cases, observation group of 30 cases.Observation group:were given qidanfugan particles.Control group:yupingfeng oral particles, each group were treated for 3 months.We observered the intestinal symptoms integral contrast before and after the treatment.By using SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis.Animal experiment:60 kunming mice were divided into six groups, qidanfugan particles of high, medium and low dose group, piduomode group, model group and normal control group, each group of 10. After the establishment of mouse model of allergic rhinitis,each group were fed with the same amout of drug.And then kill the mice to gather the lungs, to do pathology;Gather the spleen and thymus, spleen/thymus index under testCollected the serum and nasal mucosa of mice. ELISA was used to measure the concentration of slgA in serum.The ink propelling rate was determined using ink propelling test.The results of the study:1ã€qidanfugan particles had an remarkable effect on intestinal symptoms,and better than yupingfeng particles.The differences was significant between before and after treatment by statistical analysis(P<0.01).2ã€Lower respiratory tract mucosal immunity model mice spleen index and thymus index in the normal group had significantly lower, and intestinal sIgA levels significantly lower than normal group,qidanfugan particles of high, medium and low dose group of spleen index and thymus index in the model group had higher and intestinal after qidanfugan particles sIgA levels increased significantly, difference is statistically significant.The differences was significant between before and after treatment by statistical analysis(P<0.05).Research conclusion:qidanfugan particles to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome children with RRTI can to a certain extent, improve the length, shape of defecate, defecate frequency of abdominal distension, constipation, improve intestinal function;qidanfugan particles in low respiratory tract mucosal immune mice intestine peristalsis and intestinal sIgA levels were increased, can improve the intestinal function of mice. |
