To Observe The Curative Effect Of Tonifying Kidney,Removing Dampness And Blood Stasis Combined With Ultrasound Guided Puncture Sclerotherapy In The Treatment Of Simple Renal Cysts

Objective:Long term efficacy of tonifying kidney,removing dampness and blood stasis guided puncture sclerotherapy for the treatment of simple renal cysts with ultrasound is superior to simple puncture sclerotherapy.Methods:The use of randomized,controlled design,the diameter>4cm of simple renal cysts were treated and compared between the two groups,namely the ultrasound guided puncture sclerotherapy(control group)and reinforcing the kidney and removing dampness and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction of Chinese medicine for 28 days(treatment group),curative effect and recurrence statistics 3,6,12 months the rate of.Results:Renal cyst puncture:treatment group(n=27)and control group(n=26)respectively.The diameters of the cysts(6.66+1.90),cm(6.95+2.10)cm(P>0.05),the volume of the cyst were(129.60+121.50).ml(144.41+137.94)ml(P>0.05);after the puncture,the treatment group and control group respectively.The volume of the cyst(19.54+10.68),ml(22.82+9.51)ml(P>0.05).3,6,12 months after the treatment:the treatment group for the volume of the cyst(6.81+9.41),ml(6.81+12.05),ml(7.08+19.54)ml,significantly less than the puncture volume(19.54+10.68)ml(P<0.05);the control group 3,6,12 months after the cyst the volume is(41.07+78.92),ml(42.83+88.40),ml(46.85+90.17)ml,and the volume after puncture(22.82+9.51)ml has significant difference(P<0.05);after 12 months of treatment group after treatment for cyst diameter(1.71+1.50)cm,volume(7.08 cysts ml+19.54)and control group(3.99+2.34)cyst diameter cm,cyst volume(46.85+90.17)compared to ml were significantly different(P<0.05);and the patients in the treatment group the total effective rate of 96.29%%was significantly higher than the control group the total efficiency of 69.23%(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in the long-term efficacy was significantly better than that the control group.In the recurrence rate,the treatment group(3.70%)than the control group(37.77%)there was a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine kidney cyst recurrence rate was significantly lower.In the improvement of symptoms,the improvement rate of the treatment group was about 92.86%,the control group was about 88.89%,and the treatment of the two groups had a good effect.There was no obvious adverse reaction.There were no significant differences in creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,and systolic blood pressure(P>0.05)in 53 patients before and after puncture.Conclusion:Combined with B ultrasound puncture sclerotherapy of the long-term curative effect is obviously superior to the single use puncture sclerotherapy for the treatment of simple renal cysts by tonifying kidney,removing dampness and blood stasis(diameter>4cm).
