Study On Clinical Effect Of Invigorating Spleen And Tonifying Kidney, Clearing Heat And Removing Dampness And Activating Blood Circulation In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Object:To observe the clinical effect of the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney, clearing heat and removing dampness and promoting blood circulationin treating the patients with deficiency of both the spleen and kidney, blocking of dampness and heat in the early period of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Select60patients with deficiency of both the spleen and kidney, blocking of dampness and heat in the third stage of diabetic nephropathy,randomly divide into the control group of30cases, and the treat group of30cases.The control group was treated with western medicine by routinely reducing blood sugar, lowering blood pressure,reduceing blood fat and other basic treatment.The treat group was treated with the same method,and taking the JiPiYiShenQingReLiShiHoXue decoction at the same time,one dose a day for two times in the morning and evening.Three months was the therapeutie phase. Observe the clinical symptoms, signs and related laboratory indicators before and after treatment, then compare them of the two groups.Results:(1)the total clinical efficacy comparison between the two sets:The treat group total effective rate was90.0%,the control group total effective rate was66.7%. It has significant differences between the two groups,P<0.05.The total clinical efficacy of the treat group is significantly better than the control group.(2)the total scores of TCM syndrome comparison between the two sets.both of the two groups have the decreasion of the scores after treatment,but the treat group has beter effect than the control group,P<0.05.(3)the urine protein reducation comparison between the two sets:the two groups all can redce the patients’urine protein for24hours and albumin,but the treat group has beter effect than the control group,P<0.05.(4)the related laboratory indicators comparison between the two sets:the two groups all can reduce Cys c、Scr、BUN, but the treat group has better effect than the control group, P<0.05.(5)In adjusting the disorder of lipid metabolism:the two group all can reduce the patients’ TC、TG、LDL-C, and increase HDL-C, but the treat group has better effect than the control group, P<0.05.Conclusions:the method of JianPiYiShenQingReLiShiHoXue can significantly improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the urine protein excretion,improve the renal function and blood lipid level.It shows good efficacy with the method of invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney, clearing heat and removing dampness and promoting blood circulation in the early period of diabetic nephropathy.
