A Comparision Of Laparoscopic De-roofing And Percutaneous Sclerotherapy In The Treatment Of Simple Renal Cysts

Objective To study the clinical effect of Percutaneous sclerotherapy and laparoscopic decortication in the treatment of simple renal cysts.Methods A retrospective analysis of patient data in October 2012- June 2014 in our hospital urology and ultrasound room treatment 90 cases of simple renal cysts, 42 patients with renal cyst puncture percutaneous sclerosis treatment, another routine 48 after laparoscopic renal cyst decompression therapy. Clinical outcomes for the two groups, postoperative recovery and treatment costs were compared.Results Percutaneous renal cyst puncture sclerotherapy group and after laparoscopic renal cyst success rate of 85.7% for the top group and 91.2% respectively,the incidence of postoperative complications in the two surgical groups divided by 14.3% and 16.2%, respectively, in the concurrent disease incidence and the success rate of surgery by the statistical test(P> 0.05), no significant difference; the average operative time between the two groups were(55.4 ± 9.50) minutes、(96.5±12.50) minutes, the average length of hospital stay were was(2.0±0.50)days,(4.4±0.40) days; the mean cost of hospitalization were(5116.65±80.45) yuan,(13596 ± 103.65) yuan, two surgical groups in the average length of stay, mean operative time,the average cost of treatment compared to the previous percutaneous renal cyst puncture sclerosis treatment group was significantly lower than the index after laparoscopic cyst decortication group,(P <0.01 or P <0.05) differences between the two groups were significant statistically.Conclusions 1. Percutaneous sclerotherapy is relatively easy to operate, shorter hospital stay, low-cost, small-invasive, quick recovery, susceptible patients, especially for the poor economic situation or underlying diseases, can not tolerate general anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia; some hospitals outpatient ultrasound puncture treatment, no laparoscopic equipment and technology for the primary hospital puncture sclerotherapy of renal cysts is still regarded as a method of treatment usefulness value; but parapelvic cyst puncture risk than large, it takes an experienced doctor for puncture treatment. 2. laparoscopic renal cyst is still the preferred surgical, for most kidney cyst, especially on the pole of the right kidney cyst, puncture treatment more difficult, laparoscopic cyst removal can be relatively thorough organization, the recurrence rate is very low, and can handle multiple cysts, for multiple puncture losers, choose laparoscopic treatment.
