medicine treatment of gout more in-depth and according to the medical application.MethodsThrough clinical randomized controlled method,the selection of guangzhou university of Chinese medicine pain before treatment,CRP,UA and TCM syndrome integral in the twogroups.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Two groups of patients with joint pain,swelling,the difference of the alleviate time was statistically significant(P<0.05),illustrate the effect of two groups of treatment was comparable,the control group in alleviating pain and swelling on faster.3.Two groups of patients in pain score(VAS score),CRP and UA and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment by contrast,in the group had statistical significance(P<0.05);Pain scores after treatment,the UA group comparison between no statistical significance(P>0.05),CRP,the comparison between the TCM syndrome integral groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients in pain,TCM syndrome integral,CRP and UA has improved,control group to reduce the CRP is more obvious,experimental group to improve symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine is more outstanding.4.The total effective rate in both groups after treatment were compared,the chi-square test,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),two groups of clinical curative effect quite test object.ConclusionAfter strict test and statistical analysis,the clinical syndrome differentiation to give oral Sansiqubi Decoction in treatment of acute gouty arthritis,not only can significantly alleviate the degree of joint pain,and can effectively reduce CRP and UA level,improve the patients clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,quickly relieve patients' pain,the restoration of capacity to labor,life,no obvious adverse reactions in the experiment,also did not see obvious function of liver and kidney damage index,is worthy of clinical doctors application
