The Efficiency Of The Chinese Medicine Tazi To The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis(Damp-heat Blockage Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the synergistic effect and adverse reaction of local traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(dampness syndrome)in clinical practice.Method: Choice conforms to the American college of Rheumatology 2015(ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism(EULAR)jointly plan the new gout classification standard,and conform to the inclusion criteria of acute gouty arthritis(hot and humid bizu certificate)in patients with a total of 60 patients?The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by randomized control method.The Two groups o on the basis of the treatment is low purine diet and take Etoricoxib Tablets(produced by Frosst lberica SA,the country medicine accurate J20160132),1 times daily,every time 60 mg,oral.On the basis of the treatment,The control group was given supervisor'self-made Yu Ling Gout Granule,the treatment group given tutor'self-made Yu Ling Gout Granule + Tazi therapy,once a day.The two teams were treated for 7days each other.To record and compare the effects of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the symptoms of joint swelling pain index,pain VAS of score,laboratory examination,symptoms and signs of TCM syndromes.Result:In each group before and after treatment compared lumbosacral pain,symptoms and signs of TCM syndromes,joint pain index,pain VAS of score,ESR,UA,hs-CRP,TCM syndromein patients.There was significant improvement in both groups(p< 0.05).After comparing the data between the two groups,the treatment group was more effective in improving joint swelling pain index,TCM syndrome integration,pain VAS of score,etc.(p<0.05).During the treatment,two groups of safety indicators were not abnormal.Conclusion: Yu Ling Gout Granule with Chinese medicine Tazi therapy in the treatment of acutegouty arthritis(damp-heat blockage syndrome)the clinical curative is obvious and safe and effective.
