The Capparis masaikai Levl.is the genus of Capparis(Capparaceae),growing in Yunnan Province,P.R.China.The kernel was used as drug for different effectives like heat-clearing,dispelling heat,moistening lung and midwifery.By modern separate technologies,12 compounds were isolated from the kernel of Capparis masaikai,which were named as 1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(1),Indazole(2),Oxazolidine-2-thione(3),Vanillic acid(4),Tyrosol(5),?-Hydroxypropiovanillone(6),3?-Hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one(7),Uracil(8),Ethyl-?-D-fructofuranoside(9),Adenine nucleoside(10),?-D-psicofuranosyluracil(11)and Uridine(12).Among them,compounds 2 and 7 were isolated from the Capparis for the first time.The Neoboletus brunneissimus is the higher fungi of Boletus(Boletaceae),which's main value is edible.Also have some heat-clearing and nourishing effects by used as drug.By modern separate technologies,24 compounds were isolated,which were named as 5a,8a-Epidoxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3?-ol(1),5?,8?-Epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3?-ol(2),(22E,24R)-Ergosta-7,22-dien-3?-ol(3),(24S)-Ergosta-7-en-3?-ol(4),(22E,24R)-Ergosta-7,22-dien-3?,5?,6?-triol(5),(24S)-Ethylcholest-7-ene-3?,5?,6?-triol(6),(22E,24R)-Ergosta-7,22-diene-3?,5?,6?,9?-tetrol(7),(22E,24R)-Ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3?-ol(8),3?-O-Glucopyranosyl-5a,8a-epidioxiergosta-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien(9),Monomethyl fumarate(10),Fumaric acid(11),Succinic acid(12),Nicotinic acid(13),Nicotinamide(14),Uracil(15),Uridine(16),Adenine nucleoside(17),(-)-Shikimic acid(18),1-O-Ethyl-glucopyranoside(19),Glucitol(20),Linoleic acid-?-glyceride(21),Cerebroside(22),Trans-2-Decenedioic acid(23)and 5'-Adenylic acid(24).Among them,compounds 6-7?11-14?18?21?23-24 were isolated from the Boletaceae for the first time.The Boletus auripes Peck is also the higher fungi of Boletzus(Boletaceae),which have some Chinese medicine efficacies when used as drug.By modern separate technologies,9 compounds were isolated,which were named as 5?,8?-Epidoxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3?-ol(1),5a,8a-Epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3?-ol(2),(22E,24R)-Ergosta-7,22-dien-3?-ol(3),(24S)-Ergosta-7-en-3(3-ol(4),Adenine nucleoside(5),1H-1,2,4-Triazole,1-?-D-ribo-furanosyl(6),Nicotinamide(7),N-2-Phenethyl-acetamide(8)and Glucitol(9).Among them,compounds 6,8 were isolated from the Boletaceae for the first time.
