This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the review on toxins from poisonous mushroom.The second chapter describes the chemical constituents of Neoboletus magnificus.The third chapter is about the chemical composition of Crotalaria pallida Ait.The summary and prospect of the thesis are in the last chapter.Neoboletus magnificus,family;Boletaceae is one of the world's famous edible delicious mushrooms.It is prefererred because of its high protein content,high minerals content,and low fat content.In addition,Neoboletus magnificus is considered to be an extremely valuable edible fungus because of its important medicinal value such as heat-clearing,blood nourishing,digestion promoting,and immunity boosting effects.Combining various separation methods and materials,33compounds were isolated from the fresh methanol extract of Neoboletus magnificus's fruit body and were elucidated using one-dimensional(1H-NMR,13C-NMR),two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance,mass spectrometry and other modern spectroscopic tools.Among them,5 are new compounds?compound 19 was unstable during the isolation process?,3 were new natural products and 24 were known compounds.The classes of compounds isolated are fatty acids and their derivatives,sterols,alkaloids,cyclic peptides,phenolic acids,etc.Among them,5 compounds are fatty acids and their derivatives,2 compounds are sterols,5 aromatic compounds,1lactone-bearing compound,3 porphyrin alkaloids,3 pyrrole alkaloids,8-ring dipeptide,2 sugar-containing compounds,1 niacin compound,1 lactam-bearing compound,1 adenosine compound.Compounds were identified as palmitic acid?1?,8,12-octadecadienoic acid?2?,?8E,10E?-7-oxo-8,10-heptadecadienoic acid?3?,N-?3-hydroxybutyl?octanamide?4?,?Z?-N-?3-hydroxybutyl?-4-decene?5?,?22E?-5?,8?-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3?-ol?6?,22E,24R-5?,8?-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3?-formate?7?,nicotinic acid?8?,4-?phenylmethyl?benzaldehyde?9?,protocatechuic acid?10?,N-?2-phenylethyl?acetamide?11?,N-formyl-phenathylamin?12?,?-?-loliolide?13?,galacitiol?14?,stychnocarpine?15?,1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1-oxo-?-carboline?16?,1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-?-carboline?17?,1-?3?-hydroxybutyl?-2-carbaldehyde-1H-pyrrole?18?,N-?5-acetyl-1-?3-hydroxybutyl?-1H-pyrrol-2-yl?acetamide?19?,1-?3?-hydroxybutyl?-5-?hydroxymethyl?-2-carbaldehyde-1H-pyrrole?20?,cyclo?D?-Pro-?D?-Leu?21?,cyclo?L-Leu-D-Pro??22?,cyclo?L-Pro-L-Leu??23?,cyclo-?D-Pro-L-Ile??24?,cyclo-?L-Pro-D-Ile??25?,cyclo?D-Pro-D-Phe??26?,seco-??S?-Pro-?R?-Val??27?,cyclo?L-Pro-L-Tyr??28?,?-adenosine?29?,2,3,4-trihydroxy-N-phenethylbutanamide?30?,butyl-?-D-glucopyranoside?31?,2H-pyrrolo[2,1-b][1,3]oxazin-6?7H?-one?32?.Among them,compounds 3,5,19,20,and 28 are new compounds,and compounds 4,23,and 32 are new natural products.The above compounds were isolated from Neoboletus magnificus for the first time.Crotalaria pallida Ait is a plant of the genus Leguminosae Crotalaria Linn.Combining various separation methods and materials,eleven compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of dried seeds and elucidated using modern one-dimensional(1H-NMR,13C-NMR),two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry methods.Thus,a total of 8 compounds were identified,including 7 alkaloids and a styrene-methyl ester structure.Among them,compound 8is a new compound,and the rest are known compounds.They are identified as monocrotaline?1?,crotaleschenine?2?,crotalarine?3?,retronecine?4?,integerrimine?5?,trans-3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamic acid methyl ester?6?,crotalarine lactone?7?,crotalarinine?8?.The above compounds were isolated from Crotalaria pallida Ait.
