The Clinical Observation Of Regulating Spleen And Nourishing Heart Formula Which Used To Remedy Essential Hypertension Of Heart-spleen Deficiency

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of regulating spleen and nourishing heart decoction in the treatment of heart-spleen deficiency of essential hypertension.Methods Selection of heart-spleen deficiency of essential hypertension patients 60 cases,randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group;the two group were given routine antihypertensive treatment,the treatment group was treated with spleen and protecting the heart.After 2 weeks of treatment.The curative effect,blood pressure variability coefficient,integral score of TCM syndrome and single symptom of TCM were observed in the two groups.Results 1 Antihypertensive effects:comparison of the total effect of the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of control group was 75%,the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.67%,there was significant difference(p<0.05);decreased blood pressure level,the two groups after treatment than before treatment,the blood pressure decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);comparison of blood pressure after treatment in two groups: the control group than the treatment group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2 Comparison of related parameters of ambulatory blood pressure:the two groups before and after treatment,the two groups after treatment 24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP,n DBP,SBP-L,DBP-L was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.05);the control group blood pressure variability(SBPV,DBPV)and nighttime diastolic blood pressure decline rate(De-DBP)had no significant changes before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Nocturnal blood pressure decline rate(De-SBP)compared with those before treatment(p<0.05);the treatment group blood pressure variability(SBPV,DBPV)decreased,night blood pressure fall rate(De-SBP,De-DBP)increasedsignificantly compared with the before treatment(p<0.05).The two groups after treatment between the two groups,the treatment group 24 h SBP,n DBP,SBPV,DBPV,De-SBP,De-DBP,DBP-L,the effect is better than the control group(p<0.05).3 Curative effect of TCM syndrome:compared with the total curative effect of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with symptom scores,the scores of symptoms in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).After treatment,the scores of symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(p<0.01).Comparison of symptom curative effect,two groups after treatment than before treatment were improved,the palpitation,sweating,less sleep,eat less improvement in the treatment group than the control group(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions In the treatment of heart-spleen deficiency of primary hypertension,the regulating spleen and nourishing heart decoction can auxiliary blood pressure,improve blood pressure variability;improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life.The regulating spleen and nourishing heart decoction for clinical use is safe,reliable,suitable for hypertension syndrome for the heart and spleen deficiency type of patients.
