| Objective: using Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) compound decoction(Regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula) to intervene patients with ventricular premature beat(VPB) in clinical,to observe its effect on clinical efficacy and safety to VPB.To discuss possibility of regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula in evaluation methods and standards of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM,by observing the TCM clinical signs in patients with VPB,and analyzing its related test indicators,and combining disease and syndrome differentiation.Methods:Selecting 60 patients diagnosed with PVB during the period from November2014 to November 2015,coming to outpatient or inpatient of department of cardiologyof the first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and60 patients with this disease were divided in random into 2 groups:30 in Chinese and western medicine treatment group,30 in western medicine control group. The treatment group: oral metoprolol(Brand-name drug) of 47.5mg,23.75-47.5mg each time,1 times a day.At the same time,oral TCM drug granules of regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula,A pair of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) daily and taking two times.The control group:oral metoprolol(Brand-name drug) of 47.5mg,23.75-47.5mgeach time,1times a day.The courses were 4 weeks.During the experiment,the drug that impacting clinical curative effect should be stopped in principle,and lifestyle is basically remain unchanged.The general safety indicators and the improvement of clinical symptoms and integral in pretherapy and post-treatment,change of number of PVB in pretherapy and post-treatment in ordinary bedside ECG and Holter were observed respectively.Results:(1)Curative effect evaluation(1) The comparison of curative effect of proiosystole after treatment in both groups:treatment group total effectiveness is 86.67%;control group is 83.33%,and there are no significance in two groups(P>0.05).(2)The comparison of numbers of ventricular premature beat:there are no significantly difference between groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula united with metoprolol and metoprolol have equivalent efficacy in reducing the numbers of ventricular premature beat.(3)The comparison of TCM syndromes after treatment in both groups:Treatment group total effectiveness is 96.67%,and control group is 70.00%,and there are significant difference in two groups(P < 0.05); The clinical efficacy is better in the treatment group than in the control group in improving heart palpitations and fatigue with curative effect significantly,indicating that regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula is superior to metoprolol in TCM syndromes.(2)safety evaluation:The blood,urine,stool routine,and liver and kidney function test values of 30 patients in treatment group fluctuate in the scope of medical reference range in pretherapy and post-treatment,during the period of treatment,only one patient show acid reflux symptoms,after protecting stomach treatment,thepatient get better.indicating that the agent in clinical application is relatively safe,with no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:(1)In treating ventricular premature beat,the regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula united with metoprolol has the total effective rate of 86.67%,show that it has definite clinical effect,this scheme is feasible.(2)The regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula use the method of strengthening the spleen and replenishing the qi and tranquilize mind by nourishing the heart with careful consideration of pathogenesis.The scores of syndrome of TCM has a significant decrease.The total effective rate in the post treatment period is 96.67%.The result is better than that of control group.The regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula can significantly improve the symptomso of TCM,improve the patients, symptoms,to improve patient, s quality of life.(3)The regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula can effectively improve TCM syndromes of patients.The clinical efficacy is better in the treatment group than in the control group in improving heart palpitations and fatigue with curative effect significantly.It has a big advantage.At the same time,no obvious adverse reactions,found no side effects,it is safe and reliable in clinical application.Thus it can be seen that the regulating spleen and nourishing heart formula used to treat ventricular premature beat of heart-spleen deficiency show a safe and effective,for the diagnosis and treatment of premature beat provides a reliable formula. |
