Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure Of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Heart And Spleen)with Gui Pi Decoction Supplemented With Flavor

Objective:To observe spleen-invigorating tonga taste for coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with chronic heart failure(two deficiency syndrome)cases cardiac function classification,6 minutes walk test before and after the treatment,the occurrence of hypokalemia,TCM syndrome integral and Minnesota scale effect of heart failure in life,to further evaluate spleen-invigorating tonga taste in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)in chronic heart failure(two deficiency syndrome)cases clinical curative effect.method:According to Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnosis and exclusion criteria,in January 2018 to January 2019 months,selection standard of 60 patients,both from chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital emergency department,the treatment group before and after the contrast and comparison method between groups,control group given conventional western medicine treatment of patients,including diuretics,beta-blockers,expand blood vessels of drugs,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,arm and other drugs.Patients in treatment group,on the basis of western medicine treatment at the same time add spleen-invigorating tonga taste comprehensive treatment,respectively before and after treatment to observe heart function classification,6 minutes walk test,hypokalemia,TCM syndrome integral scale scores,and heart failure in Minnesota life changes such as integral curative effect before and after treatment by statistical analysis,to evaluate spleen-invigorating tonga taste in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)in chronic heart failure(two deficiency syndrome)cases clinical curative effect.result:1.Comparison of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total therapeutic effect of the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total therapeutic effect ofthe control group was 66.7%,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.The TCM symptom scores of patients in both groups were reduced by the treatment regiments,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).3.The efficacy of the two groups in shortness of breath,palpitation,fatigue,complexion,insomnia,forgetfulness,loss of appetite,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,tongue coating,pulse condition was improved(P < 0.05).In the treatment of mental fatigue,complexion,lack of appetite,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05),but in the treatment of shortness of breath,palpitation,insomnia,forgetfulness,tongue coating,pulse condition,the two groups have similar efficacy(P > 0.05).4.Single TCM syndrome efficacy comparison:Treatment group to eat less of the stay,the total effective rate was 93.3%,70% in control group;Abdominal distension treatment group total effective rate was 96.7%,70.0% in control group;Treatment group of nausea and vomiting the total effective rate was 86.7%,the control group was 73.3%,the curative effect of treatment group were superior to the control group.5.Comparison of cardiac function: the treatment regiments of the two groups can improve cardiac function to a certain extent,and the efficacy of the two groups is equal,with no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).6.Comparison of Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale scores: after treatment,the two groups were able to reduce the scale scores,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).7.Comparison of 6-minute walking test: both treatment regimens of the two groups can effectively improve patients' 6-minute walking distance,and the treatment group is better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).8.Comparison of incidence of hypokalemia: the incidence of hypokalemia was13.3% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).conclusion:1.Guipi decoction jiawei prescription combined with basic western medicine treatment can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients,especially in the reduction of appetite,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms,the treatment group has an advantage over the control group.2.Guipi decoction jiawei and western medicine treatment can improve the cardiac function of patients to a certain extent,but the therapeutic effect of the two groups is equal.3.Guipi decoction jiawei prescription combined with basic western medicine treatment can improve the patients' 6-minute walking distance and activity tolerance,and the treatment group has an advantage over the control group.4.Guipi decoction jiawei supplemented with western medicine can reduce the score of Minnesota quality of life questionnaire,improve the symptoms,signs and quality of life of patients,the treatment group has an advantage over the control group.5.Guipi decoction jiawei formula combined with basic western medicine treatment can reduce the incidence of hypokalemia,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.
