ObjectiveTo observe the effect of liver-regulating and spleen-strengthening method on the levels of PRA,Ang Ⅱ and ALD in young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension,to objectively evaluate its safety and clinical effect, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of primary hypertension in young and middle-aged patients.MethodsA total of 72 with essential hypertension outpatients and inpatients of liver depression and spleen deficiency Syndrome in cardiovascular department of hospital were collected, and then they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both includes 36 patients. Both groups were treated with irbesartan tablets, and the treatment group was treated with self-priming prescription on the basic treatment of western medicine.Four weeks as a course of treatment, the study observed two courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the patient’s blood pressure, symptom score, heart rate,PRA,Ang II and ALD levels were recorded, while observing adverse reactions.Results1.There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure, syndrome score and ALD level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference in diastolic blood pressure, syndrome score and ALD level between the two groups was significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the changes of diastolic blood pressure, syndrome score and ALD level before and after treatment in the two groups was signi fi cant(P<0.05),suggest i ng that the effect in trial group was better t han the control group.2.The difference in systolic blood pressure between the two groups was non-significant before treatment(P>0.05),and the systolic blood pressure in the two groups was decreased evidently in after treatment(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure changes before and after treatment in the two groups was non-significant(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups had the same effect on reducing systolic blood pressure.3.The two groups, heart rate,PRA and Ang Ⅱ level before treatment were alike(P>0.05),and there was no significant change in heart rate,PRA and AngⅡ level in the control group after treatment(P>0.05).However,the heart rate,PRA and Ang Ⅱ level in the trial group reduced evidently(f<0.05),and the decrease of heart rate,PRA and Ang Ⅱ between the two groups after treatment was significant(P<0.05),suggesting that regulating liver and invigorating spleen prescription could further reduce the heart rate,PRA and Ang Ⅱ levels in patients on the basis of conventional western medicine.ConclusionThe method of regulating liver and invigorating spleen to primary hypertension in young and middle-aged can better reduce the blood pressure, improve the clinical symptoms, which mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum PRA,Ang Ⅱ and ALD levels. |
