| OBJECTIVE:To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of nourishing and dispelling fen-feng combined with tacrolimus ointment and emollient topical treatment for atopic dermatocathomatic dermatitis in adult patients,and to observe its effect on serum total IgE level.Methods:From March 2016 to December 2016,72 patients were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were diagnosed as eligible for admission.They were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(36 cases)Nourishing Qufeng drink oral.36 cases of the control group,given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally,while the two groups of patients were topical 0.1%tacrolimus ointment and moisturizer.Treatment in the control group off 1 case,the reasons for the failure of the patients failed to regularly referral,so the actual enrollment in 71 cases,the treatment group of 36 cases,the control group of 35 cases.The changes of the main symptoms were observed at the 2nd,4th and 8th week,the total score of SCORAD and the total IgE in the serum before and after treatment were analyzed.The data were analyzed and analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:After treatment for 8 weeks,the SCORAD score was(17.74±9.47)in the treatment group and(27.6 ± 10.92)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indicating that the treatment group program is better than the control group program.The total effective rate of the two groups,the treatment group was 94.44%,the control group was 77.14%,suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.(109.41 ± 75.70),P<0.05 in the control group,and the difference was significant(202.47 ± 114.08)in the treatment group,which was statistically significant,The treatment group was also significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Yangxue Qufeng drink combined with tacrolimus ointment and emollient is an effective treatment for atopic dermatitis of adult infertility.2.Yangxue Qufeng drink can effectively improve the serum total IgE levels for Chinese medicine can affect the serum total IgE levels provide a clinical basis. |
