Objective: The clinical data of atopic dermatitis diagnosed as atopic dermatitis from 18 to 55 years old in dermatological outpatient department and inpatient department of our hospital were collected, syndrome differentiation and classification were carried out through four diagnoses of TCM,the distribution of TCM syndromes, sex, age, onset season were analyzed. The effects of dietary habits on the distribution of TCM syndromes, and the relationship between serum total IgE values and different TCM syndromes, the severity of skin lesions in different TCM syndromes and the changes of EASI.Treatment of the disease and different syndrome differentiation of patients with specific changes in eating habits to provide a certain theoretical basis and data support. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria and guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and referring to the specialized cases of herpes zoster, psoriasis, eczema and other specialized cases in our department,a questionnaire questionnaire was designed and studied in the form of a closed questionnaire. The contents of the survey include: 1,generalsituation,Such as age, sex, onset season, history of marriage, habits of life, preference of diet, etc.Second, observe and record the local symptoms and systemic symptoms of the patients, including the location, area, color, shape, accompanying symptoms, degree of itching, facial color of the patients, etc.Sleep, second stool, tongue quality, tongue coating, pulse diagnosis to judge its TCM syndrome classification;third, referring to the EASI score, the severity of skin damage score, including the area involved, clinical characteristics. The serum total IgE antibodies of adult atopic dermatitis cases were detected by the sensitive sieve quantitative allergen detection system(Western blotting)produced by Mediwiss Company in Germany. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results: 1.in 76 cases of adult AD patients,AD of TCM in the proportion from high to low is the spleen dampness, blood deficiency and wind dryness, dampness and heat.In 34 cases(44.73%)were male,42 cases(55.26%)were female, male and female prevalence is.2.The patients were divided into two age groups: 18-35 years old and 36-55 years old.In general,AD patients aged 18-35 years were more, accounting for 60.53%.Among them,46 patients aged 18-35 years had dampness and heat accumulation syndrome, spleen deficiency dampness syndrome, spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome. The proportion of blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome was 28.30.50.00.The proportion of these three syndromes in the age group of 36-55 years was 46.70.The proportion of the three syndromes in the age group of 36-55 years was 46.7cm,the dampness and heat accumulation syndrome was 30.00 and the spleen deficiency dampness syndrome was 23.33.The proportion of the three syndromes in the agegroup of 36 to 55 years was higher than that in the control group.3.in adult AD,the incidence rate in summer was only 19.744.The incidence rate in winter was 31.58.Among them, the cases of damp-heat accumulation in spring, summer, autumn and winter were61.1% 20.0% and 26.33% respectively. The proportion of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in the four seasons was from low to high.In order to get 27.8% in spring,29.2 in winter,42.1in autumn,60.0 in summer,13/24 in blood deficiency,24/24 in wind dryness in winter,4/24 in least)were dampness and heat accumulation syndrome.4.in the adult stage of AD,there were 14 cases of fattening and fat in 30 cases of damp-heat accumulation syndrome and 23 cases of pungent, among which the proportion of those who were fond of eating fat and sweet in TCM syndrome differentiation was 81.8%(P< 0.05),which was 30 cases of dampness and heat accumulation syndrome and 30 cases of dampness and heat accumulation syndrome. The other 17 cases were cold and cold, while the blood deficiency and wind dryness accounted for the same proportion in the diet preference.5.the total integral of skin lesion(ESAI)was significantly different in three different TCM syndromes, the highest of which was the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation,in which the integral of erythema was the highest in the type of damp-heat accumulation, the type of blood deficiency and wind dryness was compared with the other two types, and the score of dryness was higher than that of the other two types.6.In 76 patients with AD,the serum total IgE was increased in60 patients, and the positive rate was 78.94.The total serum IgEof the patients with damp-heat type was the highest, which was statistically significant compared with the wind-dryness type of blood deficiency, but had no significant difference with the type of spleen deficiency and dampness. Conclusion: The distribution of TCM syndromes in 76 AD patients aged 18-55 years was studied. It was found that most of them had dampness due to spleen deficiency. There was no correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes and sex,and there was no correlation between the distribution of TCM syndromes and age and disease season. The relationship between the distribution of TCM syndromes and serum total IgE was found to be related to the relationship between the distribution of TCM syndromes and serum total IgE.Among them, how often did AD patients with dampness and heat accumulation syndrome occur in spring and summer, like fat and sweet products, and the total serum IgE test was positive. And the value of the higher characteristics.
