The Analysis Of The Detection Results Of The Vitroserum Total IgE And Specific IgE Of The Adult Atopic Dermatitis Of Different TCM Types In Lanzhou Area

Objective:To provide a theoretical basis and data support for the prevention and treatment of the adult atopic dermatitis.We analyzed the detection results of the vitro serum total Ig E and specific Ig E of the Pi xu shi yun-type and Xue xu feng zao-type of the adult atopic dermatitis in Lanzhou area to provide the theoretical basis and data support for the the prevention and treatment of the disease and avoid contact some substances sensibilisatrice.Methods:The 163 cases of atopic dermatitis are divided into sub-acute stage and chronic stage of which 80 cases are in sub-acute stage, and 83 cases are in chronic stage according to the Western diagnostic criteria and guidelines.According to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) diagnostic criteria and guidelines the cases are divided into Pi xu shi yun-type and Xue xu feng zao-type.And we got 80 cases in Pi xu shi yun-type and 83 cases in Xue xu feng zao-type.We used the sensitive quantitative screening allergen detection system(immunoblot assay) which is produced by the Germany Mediwiss company to collected the date of the adult atopic dermatitis patients serum total Ig E and specific Ig E(s Ig E). We analyzed the date by χ2 test by SPSS 17.0 software.And it was considered statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1. The positive rate(>100IU/ml) of the serum total Ig E levels in the Pi xu shi yun zheng group and the Xue xu feng zao zheng group were 75%、75.90%. The difference between the two groups was no statistically significant difference(x2=0.180,P>0.05).2.The positive rate(>0.35IU/ml) of the inhaled allergens and the food allergens of the Pi xu shi yun zheng group were 72.50%、57.50%.The difference between them was statistically significant difference(x2=3.9560,P<0.05).The positive rate of the inhaled allergens and the food allergens of the Xue xu feng zao zheng group were 67.47%, 51.81%.The difference was statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2=4.2295,P<0.05).The positive rate of the inhaled allergens and the food allergens of the all patients were 69.94%、54.60%.And the difference was statistically significance difference between the inhaled allergens and the food allergens(x2=8.1601, P<0.01).3.There were a higher rate of allergens,just like Household dust mites、House dust 、Point Green / Mycobacteria / Fumagillin / Aspergillus / Crossstreptavidin and Humulus / Elm / Willow / Oak Tree / Birch/ Short / Maple / Walnut / Sycamore Tree / Poplar of the inhaled allergensa and the Shellfish、Crabs、Cashew nuts、Eggs、Milk、Beef of the food allergens.The Household dust mites、Humulus / Elm / Willow / Oak Tree / Birch/ Short / Maple / Walnut / Sycamore Tree / Poplar、Shellfish、Cashew nuts’ s positive ratio(26.25%、23.75%、20.0%、20.0%) is higher of the Pi xu shi yun-type. The Point Green / Mycobacteria / Fumagillin / Aspergillus / Crossstreptavidin、Cashew nuts’ s positive ratio(21.69%、26.51%) is higher of the Pi xu shi yun-type.Conclusion:1.The ratio of the increased serum total Ig E is 75.46%.It is consistent with these literatures.And it is significance to be the diagnosis standard of adult atopic dermatitis.2.Inhalant allergens and food allergens are both the important sensitizing substance of the adult atopic dermatitis patients.And inhaled allergens are more important than food allergens in a certain extent.So it should be paid much more attentions to the treatment process of the adult atopic dermatitis patients.The patients of the Pi xu shi yun-type should be attention to avoid contact the Household dust mites、Humulus / Elm / Willow / Oak Tree / Birch/ Short / Maple / Walnut / Sycamore Tree / Poplar、Shellfish、Cashew nuts.And the patients of the Pi xu shi yun-typ should be attention to avoid contact the Point Green / Mycobacteria / Fumagillin / Aspergillus / Crossstreptavidin、Cashew nuts.3.We should pay more attentions to the screening of allergen in the process of diagnosis and treatment of the adult atopic dermatitis.It can provides a relative and effective method to reduce the frequency of recurrence to prolong the duration of remissionto do the specific desensitization treatment and to improve the life quality of the patients.
