The Clinical Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Multiple Neuropathy By Acupuncture Combined With Four Vine Tongluo Soup

Objective:The clinical efficacy and control of the treatment of multiple neuropathy by acupuncture combined with Four vine Tongluo soup;To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this method in the treatment of multiple neuropathy,so as to provide a new method and theory for the treatment of multiple neuropathy by acupuncture and medicine therapy,and to provide objective basis for its clinical application.Method:According to the order of medical treatment,60 cases of patients with multiple polyneuropathy were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).Control group:vitamin B1 injection 100 mg,qdim;vitamin B12 injection 0.5mg,qdim;and according to different causes of symptomatic treatment.One week for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of four courses.The treatment group:acupoints:upper limbs:Waiguan,Quchi,Hegu,Yangchi,eight evil;lower extremity:Zusanli,JieXi,zulinqi,LiV3,eight;and with four rattan Tongluo Decoction(orientvine,spatholobus stem,Kadsura,Caulis trachelospermi,Achyranthes root,safflower,erythrina bark,leaves,red peony root,acanthopanax bark,Adenophora,Radix Astragali,Radix Scrophulariae,angelica,Salvia miltiorrhiza)and method for the treatment of washing treatment.Every day 1 times a week for a course of treatment,during the course of a day of rest,this method of continuous four courses of treatment.Before and after treatment were applied to symptom classification of quantitative criteria,sensory disturbance score scale(modified Fugl-meyer and Lindmark evaluation method)and nerve conduction velocity(NCV)of 3 indicators of the two groups were scored patients.Result:1.Two groups of patients after treatment NCV were improved,especially in the treatment group improved significantly.After treatment,the two groups were compared in NCV group,and the difference was statistically significant by t test(P<0.01).After treatment,the two groups were compared by NCV,t test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients with scores were improved,especially in the treatment group significantly improved.After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared with t test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups.After t test,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Statistical analysis data and conclusion,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 86.67%,control group total effective rate was 73.33%,compared two groups of data,there are significant differences,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined four rattan Tongluo Decoction external washing and conventional western medicine treatment can improve patients with polyneuropathy of nerve conduction velocity,the symptoms and sensory dysfunction of patients were improved.2.Acupuncture combined four rattan Tongluo Decoction in improving the external method of nerve conduction velocity,patients with polyneuropathy in terms of symptoms and sensory disorders is superior to western medicine treatment.3.Acupuncture combined four rattan Tongluo Decoction external washing method treating multiple mental derangement total effective rate was better than western medicine treatment,has the certain application value,and the operation is simple,easy to promote,is worth in clinical application.
