Curative Effect Observation On Washing Of Saussurea Huoxue Tongluo Recipe Treatment For Upper Limb Lymphedema After Mastectomy

Objective:The mechanism of postoperative edema in breast cancer,on the basis of using the technique of lymphatic drainage.The combination is based on the principle of removing blood stasis in‘Huoxue Tongluo Recipe'of topical treament.Two noninwasive therapies were combined,to improve the symptom and function of the affected limb edema.Methods: According to the design scheme,62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(lymphatic drainage + ‘Huoxue Tongluo Recipe'of topical)and control group(lymphatic drainage)31 cases,Treatment for 10 days is a course of treament,the circumference of the limb was measured before and after treatment,changes in upper limb function.Result:(1)General adta analysis:T test was performed for the age of the two groups and the time of upper extremity edema before treatment.The P value was greater than 0.05,the difference was not significant,ther is comparability between the two groups.(2)The rank sum test of clinical efficacy was evaluated,two groups of patients were treated,the patient was measured by the circumference of the limb.The number of participants in the treatment group was 0.The effective number is 26.The invalid number is 5.Total effective rate 83.87%;The effective number of the control group was 19.The invalid number is 12.Total effective rate 61.29%,after the rank sum test,P=0.048,indicating that the two groups were statistically significant.DASH score: t test,P=0.000,which is statistically significant,so it is known that the effect is significant.Toxic side effect;The blood routine,liver function and renal function were observed before and after treatment,and no obvious abnormality was observed.Conclusion: In thisclinical test,compared with the simple method of lymphatic ‘Huoxue Tongluo Recipe',the results showed that the upper limb edema caused by postoperative breast cancer was significantly better than that of the control group.Before and after treatment Perimeter measurement and DASH rating scale,all have statistical significance.It is indicated that this experiment has obvious effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms of BCRL.The ‘Huoxue Tongluo Recipe' was in the experiment,no side effects,has high safety,is worth to promoting.
