Clinical And Contrast Study On Treating Internal Hemorrhoid With Bleeding Complication Applying Absolute Tisane

Objective:to view the effect of taking absolute Zhi Xuexiao tisane on treating Internal Hemorrhoid with Bleeding complication.Methods:choose 60 patients according to the latest diagnosis standards and separate them into treatment group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients),the former group take the absolute tisane orally while the later take Zhi Suning Pian.The two groups patients had taken medicine for seven days.Demand them to observe the state of their illnesses and write down the evolution on the form of Clinical and contrast study on treating Internal Hemorrhoid with Bleeding complication everyday,at the same time,track and record the variation of mucous membrane and hemorrhoids,infill the marks of physical sign.Observe and assess the metacheirisis result. Results:This study indicates that after seven days treatment the total validity rate of the treatment group is 93.3%and the control groups 70.0%.There is a significant difference between them(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The tisane can clear heat,cold blood,stanch bleeding, sparse wind regulates the flow of vital energy and removes obstruction toit,this method is used to cure the internal piles bleeding,to remove the anus pendent swelling,to lighten mucous membrane hyperemization and to reduce the hemorrhoid core aspect curative effect obvious better than that fast Ning of piles.But,the curative effect and piles curing internal piles getting out of aspect would rather have no a difference quickly.
