| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of the Neck acupuncture treating dysphagia after stroke was evaluated through the action of drinking water test,food intake-swallowing function grade score and swallowing function evaluation before and after dysphagia.Material and method:The 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group,the control group was given routine drug therapy and swallowing rehabilitation training in the neurology department,and the treatment group was treated with neck acupuncture on the basis of the control group.points:Feng Chi、Fengfu、Tianzhu、Yamen、Wangu、Yifeng 、Jinjin、Yuye Lianquan 、Jialian Quan.Once a day,seven times a week,total treatment two weeks.The drinking water test,the feeding-swallowing grade and the evaluation of swallowing function were analyzed respectively.Results: 1.After treatment,the drinking water test grades of the two groups were higher than those of the patients before treatment(P﹤0.05),Swallowing rehabilitation and neck acupuncture can improve dysphagia symptoms in patients with dysphagia after stroke.2.The scores of feeding and swallowing function were higher in the two groups than before treatment(P﹤0.05),The symptoms of dysphagia in patients with dysphagia after stroke were better than rehabilitation therapy.3.Comparison of the evaluation of swallowing function after treatment in two groups(P <0.05),The symptoms of dysphagia in patients with dysphagia after stroke were better than rehabilitation training.Conclusion: 1.Neck acupuncture and swallowing rehabilitation training are effective in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.2.Neck acupuncture combined with swallowing rehabilitation training is better than simple swallowing rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.3.Acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke,proximal local acupoints,the curative effect is obvious,easy to take points for clinical popularization. |
