Objective:This research objectively evaluates the clinical curative effects of floating acupuncture, intermuscular acupuncture, hegu acupuncture which were intervened in sub-health neck discomfort, and.providing a more effective intervention for sub-health neck discomfort.Methods:The subject screened out the participants who met sub-health neck discomfort, then randomly divided them into floating acupuncture group, intermuscular acupuncture group, hegu acupuncture group, while screening out the healthy subjects included in the healthy group. Followed by rating sub-health Neck Discomfort Syndrome Scale, ND1, the SF-36and shooting the Infrared thermal images.using SPSS19.0data software for statistical analysis, to objectively evaluation clinical efficacy of the three "Nei Jing" acupuncture-floating acupuncture, intermuscular acupuncture, hegu acupuncture.Result:Comparing in the before and after of intervention, there had obvious statistical differences from the scores of NDS, NDI, SF-36, infrared image maximum temperature, average temperature and minimum temperature among the floating acupuncture group, intermuscular acupuncture group and hegu acupuncture group (P <0.05). After the intervention, there were no significant statistically difference (P>0.05) from the scores of NDS, NDI and infrared image temperature between hegu acupuncture group and healthy group, but the scores had statistically difference between hegu acupuncture group and intermuscular acupuncture group, hegu acupuncture group and floating acupuncture group; there were significant statistically difference (P<0.05) from the scores of SF-36between the three acupuncture groups and the healthy group, but had no statistically difference(P>0.05)among the three acupuncture groups; there had statistically difference (P<0.05) from the scores of NDS between before intervention and intervention once in hegu acupuncture group, there had statistically difference (P<0.05) from the scores of NDS between before intervention and intervention three times in floating acupuncture group and intermuscular acupuncture group; after intervention three times, the NDS scale had statistical difference (P<0.05) between hegu acupuncture group and floating acupuncture group; after intervention five times, the NDS scale had no statistical difference (P>0.05) between hegu acupuncture group and the healthy group.Conclusion:(1) This subject shows that there had significant and certainly clinical effects while using floating acupuncture, intermuscular acupuncture and hegu acupuncture to intervention the sub-health neck discomfort, the three acupunctures could improve the clinical symptoms of neck discomfort, cervical function and quality of life and could improve the temperature of the neck discomfort.(2) In improving the clinical symptoms, cervical function and temperature of neck discomfort, hegu acupuncture is better than floating acupuncture and intermuscular acupuncture, but there is no significant difference among the three acupunctures to improve the quality of life.(3) The hegu acupuncture could improve the clinical symptom, cervical function, temperature of neck discomfort area to the level of healthy people.
