The Clinical Effect Of Xuan Bei Wendan Decoction On Upper Airway Cough Syndrome In Children (Damp Heat Accumulation Symptoms)

Objective:The special environment of cold in the lives of children and the special constitution based on Xuan bei Wendan Decoction cough syndrome clinical curative effect for the treatment of upper airway in school-age children,through the observation,the feasibility of the treatment of this disease verified Xuan bei Wendan Decoction,looking for a new and effective way for the treatment of this disease.Methods:the child upper airway cough syndrome(damp heat syndrome)diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 60 cases of children,according to the doctor's order,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.Two groups of intervention in the basic way of life,the treatment group choose Xuan Bei Wendan Decoction.The control group applies Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray(Fu Shuliang),Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets(Shun Erning)to treatment.The two groups were treated the same,for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment in the two groups of patients were with individual symptom scores,adenoid size change integral evaluation.Result:1 In cough and expectoration,snoring,throat symptoms,total score between the two groups before and after treatment were significant differences,indicating that the two groups for the treatment of cough and expectoration,snoring,pharyngeal symptoms had significant effect in the treatment of digestive symptoms in the treatment group before and after treatment with significant difference,the treatment effect is obvious,while the control group had significant differences before and after the treatment,the treatment effect effectively.2 In cough,snoring,pharyngeal symptoms,digestive symptoms,treatment effect in treatment group were significantly better than the control group,in the digestive symptoms,treatment effect in the treatment group than the control group,in the treatment of pharyngeal symptoms,favorable treatment effect of the two groups had no significant difference.3 Shows that the treatment group and the control group have no obvious effect on the weight,throat examination,tone of the three aspects4 The treatment group in the treatment of adenoid hyperplasia in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1 Xuan bei Wendan Decoction and Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray(Fu Shuliang),Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets(Shun Erning)can significantly improved children's upper airway cough syndrome(damp heat syndrome)clinical symptoms.2 Xuan bei Wendan Decoction in improving cough expectoration,snoring,pharyngeal symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms is better than Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray,Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets effect,has obvious advantages.3 Xuan bei Wendan Decoction for treatment of upper airway bile in school-age children cough syndrome clinical curative effect is slightly better than Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray,Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets,but the local symptoms has obvious advantages,has a certain application value,worthy of further study in clinical practice,study and promotion.
