The problems of spine has become an important issue affecting the children's health.Through the test of the spine morphology of pupils in Xinhua District,we can effectively monitor the spine growth and development of these students.Then analyze the reasons for deformation,and make the appropriate measures to improve the morphology of students.It aims to prevent the spinal functional abnormalities due to abnormal morphology of the spine during natural growth.We must improve the awareness of the parents,schools and community on health of children's spine so as to achieve the purpose of improving children's health in spine.At the same time,it provides a reliable reference for the prevention and treatment of spinal diseases.In this study,the most advanced and convenient spinal mouse spine electronic measuring instrument was used to test the spine morphology of 10 primary school students in Xinhua District of Shijiazhuang City,including 894 boys and 771 girls.The test indexes were thoracic curvature and lumbar vertebrae.We used SPSS20.0 to carry out independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance.The distribution and percentage of thoracic curvature,lumbar curvature and spine morphology were analyzed statistically.In order to understand the causes of the abnormal growth of the spine in the primary school students,through the issuance of two rounds of questionnaires on the situation of primary school students and to ensure the authenticity and validity of the questionnaire,questionnaires were filled by the parents of the pupils of the subjects,in a anonymous way,then we can know the situation of primary school students and analysis of the causes of abnormal causes of pupils in primary school students by the results from the the questionnaires.According to the abnormalities of the spine morphology in primary school,the Delphi method was used to determine the rationality of the strong primary school students' spine responses.A total of three rounds of expert questionnaires were issued.First,through the experts advice,we filter,organize and modify indicators,then issue of the second round of expert questionnaires.We take Excel2010 to calculate the average value of the second round of the questionnaire,and feedback the advice to experts.Through the three rounds of the questionnaire of 15 experts in the order of the inputSPSS20.0,we use nonparametric test to get the Kendall coefficient of concordance and the weight of each level index,finding that all of them are more than 0.8.Experts opinions are consistent,and according to the weight value of the sort,finally come to the countermeasure to improve the spine of primary school students in Xinhua District,Shijiazhuang.Results: The distribution and percentage of different spine morphology were analyzed.1665 primary school students in the normal back of the spine only accounted for 12.3%.The highest proportion of the number served for describing the straight back,accounting for72.3% of the total.The number of people in the straight back is 5.9 times the number of normal back,the number of humpback close to the total number of one-tenth.there are some primary school students performed as lumbar lordosis and saddle;The shape of the spine of the boys is more serious than that of the girls.The students in grade 5 are better than other grades of the spine,but the level of the three-stage students in the proportion of humps was significantly higher than the level of the first stage and the level of two.There are significant differences in the shape of the spine between male and female students of different sexes,and the proportion of males in boys was significantly higher than that in girls.With the increase in the level of the stage,the proportion of the number of straight back in the reduction,and the proportion of the number of humps in the rise,some students are also perform in the saddle and lumbar lordosis and other spinal morphological abnormalities.Conclusion:1.The students in the spine form of the overall health level is low,thoracic curvature and lumbar curvature have occurred varying degrees of deviation from the normal range,and the abnormal proportion of thoracic spine growth is higher than the lumbar spine.2.the factors leading to the abnormal spine morphology of the primary school in Xinhua District,Shijiazhuang.: Parents are overprotected in infants during infancy;primary school students learn too much and the wrong learning posture;bad lifestyle and habits;the natural environment changes.3.There are three aspects to improve the spine shape of primary school students in Xinhua District of Shijiazhuang City: school factors,family factors and social factors.
