Objective:Through this study,,the paper seeks out the means to monitor and assess college students’spinal, vertebral health easily and effectively, thus guiding and recommending college students to carry out the physical exercise which do good for spinal, vertebral health, and providing objective and accurate theoretical basis.Methods:This study adopts the random sampling method to extract150students at school of Zhejiang Normal University, carries on the questionnaire survey of the essential health condition on the experimental subjects, followed by measurement of the angle of spinal, vertebral joints, and the curvature and activity of the sagittal plane. This paper adopts experimental studyon20physical education students at the postgraduate level, conducts creepingbehavior test about the angle of spinal joints under different weight-bearing and the vertebral thoracolumbar spine under pressure, and compares the standard range, analyzing the similarities and differences between physical education students and ordinary people about the angle of spinal, vertebral joints, using single factor varianceanalysis, the ordinary correlation analysis and curve fitting carries on theanalysis of the basic situation, correlation of the experimental data and the subjects, and makes the equation on the angle of spinal, vertebral changes after the spine bears the burden, assesses the variation trend in the same situation; finally, applying the logic analysis method to backward reasoning the influencing factors and causes.Results:(1) By measuring, the result shows that the angle of spinal, vertebral thoracolumbar joints of male and female subjects are mostly within the range of standard, but male and female subjects in the upright posture are found that the first thoracic vertebra and the standard range are obviously different, and mainlyexceedthe maximum or minimum value of the standard range, then can identify the first joint of spinal, vertebral thoracic vertebra of male and female subjects has already been abnormal; also finds a larger change of the physiological curvature of the lumbar spine and vertebra (within the standard range), changing from the original lordosis "C" typeto kyphotic "C" type and thus becoming relatively flat. With antexion posture, thoracic vertebrais mainly consistent with the standard range, the joint angle of the lumbar vertebrais significantly lower than the standard. With post-extension posture, the overall men and women are different, and also they differ from the standard, the angle of male is smaller than that of female, and the line chart physiological bending of lumbar vertebra of male and female is not obvious.In the study of different the increase of the weight percentage, the angle of the thoracic spinal vertebral joints will gradually decrease and lumbar spinal vertebral joint angle will gradually increase. At the same time, in Length’s statistical measurements of spinal vertebral thoracolumbar, holding that the length of the human spinal thoracolumbar spine will become shorter as weight increases, because of the less measured data, it can not find out a certain numerical relationship, but studies suggest that weight-bearing should not exceed10%of their body weight, or it will cause adverse effects on their own spinal vertebra.Conclusion:1. Students and common student skill-studying compared, spine vertebra thoracic first link has certain difference, To contrast with curvature mobility, the curvature of the spine of skill-studying student activity are larger than the ordinary better than men, but male spinal stability than women. With the male and female Sac/Hip Angle value to contrast, found the body of the male and female sports students form contrast, male Sac/Hip Angle than women, and sports students’ Sac/Hip significantly greater than ordinary people. And Sac/Hip can represent the human body the Hip curl, studies suggest that long-term training so that the sports students’ body form has certain change.2:After to bend over time and spinal joint Angle correlation analysis, think long desk (every day for more than seven hours) on the body spinal a bad influence.
