Ociinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Foot Yin And Yang On The Posterior Arus Of Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of yin and yang acupuncture on the varus of stroke,and to provide theoretical basis and application for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with stroke varus were selected to be included in the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment guidelines symptomatic treatment.The control group received the traditional acupuncture treatment,selected Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Xuanzhong,QiuXu,ZhaoHai,ShenMai,FengShi;treatment group received Yin and Yang through the acupuncture treatment,Sea,Yangling spring through Yin Lingquan,hanging bell through Sanyinjiao.The walking ability of the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment using the RM Gait gait analysis system,and the ankle valgus angle and the lower limb Fugl-Meyer score were measured.The data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 18.0 statistical software.Results:1?The two groups of patients after treatment pace,pace,the ipsilateral step before treatment compared with a very significant difference(p<0.01),the two groups of patients in the pace,step frequency,ipsilateral step difference(p<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.2?The percentage of gait cycle in the ipsilateral single-support phase of the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01),and the percentage of gait cycle in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01),The difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.3?The difference of the Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was 7 cases(23.3%),14 cases(46.7%),7 cases(23.3%),2 cases(6.7%),the total effective rate was 93.3%(33%),9 cases(30%),the total effective rate was 70.0%.After statistical analysis,the treatment group was superior to the control group Control group(p<0.01).Conclusion:1?Foot yin and yang by acupuncture and traditional acupuncture can improve the footsteps of patients with posterior foot varus angle,lower limb function,stroke foot varus patients with walking ability to improve the efficacy of significant.2?The effect of foot yin and yang through the method of acupuncture on improving posterior foot varus is superior to traditional acupuncture.
