Background:Colorectal cancer is amore common kind of malignant tumoraround the world.the incidence and mortality rates are high,in recent years, the incidence rate of colorectal cancer is the third in the incidence of all malignant tumors, second only to lung and breast cancer.the incidence of colorectal cancer sites include the rectum, sigmoid colon, descending colon, transverse colon, ascending colon and cecum, the incidence of rectum and sigmoid and rectum junction was the highest, accounting for about 60%of the total incidence of colorectal cancer.Surgical resection is the main treatment for colorectal cancer, which is a growing incidence and mortality. Many studies have shown that the preoperative nutritional status of the patients often affect the recovery of the patients after operation, and hospitalized patients with colorectal cancer.a considerable number of patients with malnutrition that need for nutritional support treatment. Objective:Analysis the correlation about the preoperative nutritional status and the clinical outcome in patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Method:East campus general surgery to Qingdao municipal hospital between September 2014 and September 2014 line within a time limit of colorectal cancer treated 146 cases of colorectal cancer patients.Using European nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)to assess preoperative nutritional risk about the patients, analysis the correlation about the preoperative nutritional status and the clinical outcome in patients with colorectal cancer surgery.Grouping them in accordance with the NRS 2002(group A nutritious risk;group B with no nutritional risk). Results:According to the NRS score of 2002.there were 64 cases(43.84%)without nutritional risk(NRS 2002 score<3),82(56.16%)cases with nutritional risk(NRS 2002 score?>3).In 40 cases of patients aged>70years,106 patients aged<70 years;in preoperative complications:17 cases with intestinal obstruction;23 cases with hemoglobin(male<120g/L female<110g/L);14 cases of serum albumin<35g/L.The age ?70 years(P<0.001).bowel obstruction(P=0.021,P<0.05),hemoglobin(male<120g/L female<110g/L)(P=0.02,P<0.05),plasma albumin<35g/L(P=0.004,P<0.05)belong to the correlation factors of effect nutritional status,P<0.05,it has statistical significance.Postoperative nutritional risk group(NRS2002score>3),complications incidence accounted for 28.05%of nutritional risk group; No nutritional risk group(NRS 2002 score<3),complications incidence accounted for 12.5%of no nutritional risk group.Postoperative no nutritional risk complication rates relative to the nutritional risk group that a lower incidence of complications, and the gap was statistically significant(P = 0.002,P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the nutritional risk group was significantly higher than that in the no nutrition risk group, and t=2.416,p= 0.02,p<0.05,had statistical significance. The time of anal exhaust in the nutritional risk group was significantly higher than that in the no nutrition risk group, and t=3.033,p= 0.04,p<0.05,had statistical significance.ConclusionThe colorectal cancer patients who with Preoperative bowel obstruction, the age?70 years, preoperative hemoglobin(male<120g/L female<110g/L),preoperative serum albumin<35g/L are more susceptible to nutritional risk.In colorectal cancer patients,a score of three points or morepatients will occur postoperative complications easily and anal exhaust time and discharge time will be extended,so for preoperative nutrition risk assessment of three points or more patients need to strengthen nutrition support treatment,in order to reduce the clinical outcome of adverse consequences.
