ObjectiveThis study focused on the effect of perioperative nutritional support mode on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)in patients with colorectal cancer.MethodsSeventy-six patients with clinicopathologically diagnosed colorectal cancer who were admitted to the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of a Grade A hospital in Yongchuan,Chongqing from January 2018 to June2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted the traditional perioperative nutritional support mode, and the experimental group adopted the accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept perioperative nutritional support mode. The changes of postoperative nutrition and immune indexes, postoperative anal exhaust defecation time, length of hospital stay, total cost of hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the total number of lymphocytes between the two groups on the first postoperative day(P >0.05).The total protein, albumin and proalbumin of the experimental group on day 1,3 and 7 after surgery and the total lymphocyte count on day 3 and7 after surgery were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The time of first anal defecation, length of hospital stay, total cost of hospital stay and incidence of infectious complications were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),There was no statistical difference in the incidence of other complications(P > 0.05).Conclusion1.ERAS perioperative nutritional support mode can improve the postoperative nutritional level of patients with colorectal cancer.2.ERAS perioperative nutritional support mode can improve the postoperative immune capacity of patients with colorectal cancer.3.ERAS perioperative nutritional support mode canpromote postoperative gastrointestinal recovery of colorectal cancer patients, reduce the length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs.4.ERAS perioperative nutritional support mode can reduce the incidence of postoperative infectious complications in patients with colorectal cancer and relieve the pain of the patient. |
