The Syndrome And Treatment Research On The Cases Of Professor Zhou Zhongying Treating Hyperuricemia And Gout Based On Data Mining

Objective:To study the clinical experience of Professor Zhou Zhongying 's syndrome differentiation and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout,and to sum up academic thought.Methods:Selecting 186 relevant cases of hyperuricemia and gout treatment of Professor Zhou,establishing the medical records collection and storage database based on data mining system,using enhanced association rules data mining operation model mining,analyzing the correspondence of the symptoms,the tongue,the pulse,the pathogenesis and the prescription medication by medical cases systematically,according to the results of statistical analysis,summarizing the syndrome differentiation experience and academic thoughts of Professor Zhou from the aspects of general situation,etiology,pathological factors,pathogenesis,treatment and others.Results:There are 64 males and 4 females among 68 patients,and the oldest one is 84 and the youngest one is 25 years old with the average age of 53.15.As results shown,except for joint symptoms,the appearance of the dry mouth,urine and bitter taste is also high,with the frequency of 36.76%,23.53%and 20.59%respectively.From tongue perspective,symptoms mainly include moss yellow greasy,dark red-based,dark,and their proportion are 35.29%,26.47%,20.59%respectively.For pulse,slippery pulse is primary with the frequency of 66.18%.For pathogenesis,the main symptom includes phlegm and blood stasis,hot and humid bets,damp heat intrinsic,the frequency is 32.35%,26.47%and 23.53%.And the hot and humid bets in the main part of acute phase with the frequency of 43.75%.The main symptoms in the asymptomatic period are phlegm and blood stasis,damp heat intrinsic,the frequency is 60.00%and 50.00%.For medication,the frequency is higher with tuckahoe,atractylodes and cork,and the frequency is 86.76%,82.35%and 79.41%.The cork and atractylodes have the main position in acute phase and the frequency is 100%and 93.75%,the tuckahoe plays a prior role in asymptomatic period with the frequency of 90.00%.Conclusions:Disease is given priority to body joints,viscera focus on liver and kidney.Pathological factors are given priority to dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis.The key pathogenesis includes hot and humid bets,phlegm and blood stasis,liver and kidney deficiency.Acute gouty arthritis is based on hot and humid bets.Asymptomatic hyperuricemia pathogenesis is given priority to phlegm stagnation,damp heat intrinsic.Different staging treatment is different.Acute gouty arthritis is given priority to heat dampness,cooperate with tongluo pain.Several factors should be taken into consideration in the period of asymptomatic hyperuricemia,treated by clear and damp heat,phlegm and blood stasis,kidney pinggan,cooling blood stasis and so on.Treatment characteristics include following aspects.According to pathological factors syndrome differentiation;Differential treatment with hyperlipidemia,diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases are similar;According to modern pharmacology,dialectical and disease differentiation are combined with medication;According to the characteristics of arthralgia,rattan drugs and insect drugs are recommended.
