[Objective]To master national physician Zhou Zhongying professor in July 1986 to December 2011 clinic diagnosis and treatment of urinary stones medical record data as the research object,and application of modern computer technology,data mining combined with artificial summary analysis method,system summarize the clinical characteristic of professor Zhou Zhongying treating urinary stones,pathogenesis,clinical features and dialectical points,and to analysis the clinical features and the regularity of compatibility and subtract off to explore,to master Zhou Zhongying professor's unique experience in the differentiation and treatment of urinary stones,rich on the therapeutics of traditional Chinese medicine understanding of urinary stones,so as to further improve the clinical curative effect of TCM on urinary stones.[Method]Clinical use Medcase V3.2 data mining system for national physician ma'ster professor Zhou Zhongying diagnosis basis for real-time record,build Zhou Zhongying professor basis database,in the two years of postgraduate,professor in Zhou Zhongying basis database to,urinary stones,kidney stones,ureteral stones,bladder stones" key words as the core,such as retrieval time is set to 1986 July to December 2011,the rolls multi-dimensional data retrieval,data export special warehouse for secondary diseases,deconstruction analysis for medication experience.The data structure of the special database for secondary diseases is composed of 13 fields,which are in turn:serial number,name,age,symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition,physical and chemical examination,disease type,syndrome type,pathogenesis,treatment method and principle,addition prescription,etc.After the database was exported,medical records were screened according to the relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the 31 cases that met the requirements were finally obtained with 208 diagnoses.Exel 2010 medical record database was established based on the medical record data,and the collection of symptoms,syndromes,drugs and other items in the database were standardized and cleaned.Data processing platform Medcase V3.2 data record mining system was adopted for data analysis and processing.In this study,the specialized database of secondary diseases after cleaning was first imported into the upper ARAP of MRMES,and the enhanced association rule data mining model was constructed by using the enhanced FPGrowth algorithm.Xminer Operation Tool was used to conduct mining processing and logical analysis of the study data,and Medcase Chart was used for deconvolution analysis and graphic expression of the metrological trend data.According to the results of statistical analysis,the clinical experience of professor zhou zhongying in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi was summarized from the aspects of tongue coating,pulse,pathogenesis,prescription and medication.[Results]Among the 31 cases and 208 medical records studied,18 cases were male patients,with a total of 125 medical records.There were 13 female patients,with a total of 83 diagnoses.Male patients and their number of visits were significantly more than female patients.In terms of age distribution of patients,the frequency of patients over 20%was 30-39 years old(20.19%),50-59 years old(27.88%),and 49 cases(23.56%)between 70-79 years old.The frequency was highest among those aged 50-59.Clinical symptoms:77 symptoms,frequency greater than 25 times of symptoms and their frequency are:low back pain 123 times(59.13%),dry mouth,50 times 40 times(24.04%),fatigue(19.23%),short urine yellow 33(15.87%),frequency of urine,32(15.38%),loose stools,30 times(14.42%),abdominal pain,28(13.46%),28,a pain(13.46%),mouth bitter 26 times(12.50%).Tongue image:among the 28 tongue images,thin and yellow coating(38.94%),red(28.37%)and dark(23.08%)were the most common.Pulse condition:in 7 pulse condition,the frequency of occurrence is more than 30%(71.63%),pulse slip(36.54%)and pulse string(32.69%).Pathogenesis:in 60 pathogenesis,the frequency of kidney deficiency and damp-heat(59 times,28.37%),damp-heat stasis(56 times,26.92%),gasification loss(41 times,19.71%),damp-heat accumulation(36 times,17.31%)were more than 15%,respectively.The support degree and confidence degree of kidney deficiency and collaterals damage to damp-heat accumulation were 9.62%and 35.71%respectively.The support degree from damp-heat stasis to gasification loss was 9.62%,and the confidence degree was 35.71%.The support degree and confidence degree were 6.73%and 63.64%respectively.Treatment:in 22 treatment methods,the frequency of more than 20%was kidney nourishing qingli(48.08%)and qingli dampness-heat(20.67%).The support degree and confidence degree of the treatment were 15.38%and 100.00%respectively.The support degree and confidence degree were 14.42%and 100.00%,respectively.In terms of drug use,among the 201 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,the frequency of which was more than 30%were Lysimachia(60.58%),Spora lygodii(59.62%),Radix linderae(55.77%),radix rehmanniae recen(52.88%),Cortex phellodendri(44.23%),anemarrhenae(34.62%),oxalis(33.17%),Herba pyrrosiae(33.17%)and chingma abutilon seed(31.73%).According to the drug cluster analysis,professor zhou zhongyin's commonly used drugs in the treatment of urinary stones include:pangolin-the seed of cowherb,Radix bupleuri-pericarpium citri reticulatae viride,dipsacus japonicus-dog's back,spratly ginseng-north sand ginseng,yams-peony rhizome,ywk-qu mai,sorrel-okra seed,cypress-anemarrhena rhizome,anemarrhena rhizome-Spora lygodii etc.[Conclusion]Through the above studies,the following conclusions can be preliminarily drawn:1.The incidence group of urinary tract stones is mainly middle-aged and elderly male patients.2.The typical clinical manifestations of urinary stones are low back pain,dry mouth,fatigue,short yellow urine,frequent urination,loose stools,abdominal pain,flank pain,and painful mouth.Typical coating on the tongue and pulse are dark red tongue,thin and yellow coating,and fine and smooth pulse3.Through data analysis,it can be concluded that the pathogenesis of urinary calculi takes kidney deficiency and damp-heat as the core,and has damp-heat stasis,gasification loss,damp-heat accumulation,etc.;The main pathological factors were dampness-heat,stagnation,blood stasis and deficiency.4.Professor zhou zhongying's basic treatment for urinary calculi is kidney-nourishing and tonifying;Commonly used drugs areLysimachia,Spora lygodii,Radix linderae,radix rehmanniae recen,Cortex phellodendri,anemarrhenae,oxalis,Herba pyrrosiae and chingma abutilon seed.Common drug pairs include:pangolin-the seed of cowherb,Radix bupleuri-pericarpium citri reticulatae viride,dipsacus japonicus-dog's back,spratly ginseng-north sand ginseng,yams-peony rhizome,ywk-qu mai,sorrel-okra seed,cypress-anemarrhena
