[Object]Based on a great deal of successful cases of blood diseases, collected by Professor Zhou Zhongying for a long time, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Master, we conducted research on clinical experience and academic thinking of diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases differentiated from blood heat and stasis with referencing of the newest modern information technology, which are originated from clinic and serve as guidance to clinic.[Method] The long-term following Professor Zhou Zhongying clinical copy side learning, we accumulate all the blood patients' medical records from Professor Zhou Zhongying's clinic for nearly 6 years, conduct a comprehensive collection and collation, strictly screen in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, establish the medical records collection, and storage databases using the 49 Medical Records of all 280 clinical data meeting the conditions by the SQL-Server 2005 software. The computer focuses on mining and analyzing the symptoms, pathogenesis, the association of prescription according to the frequency distribution, cluster analysis and association rules. At last we analyze and summary the mining results.[Result]Total of 88 cases, made up of 28 ITP,27 leukemia,9 allergic purpura,8 thrombocythemia,6 MDS,3 AA,4 MM,49 cases of 280 clinic dates, are cured from heat and Stasis. The patients are 22 males and 27 females. The maximum age is 76 years, minimum age is 4 years, the average is 33.76 years. In symptoms, bleed occurs the most frequently as201 times, accounting for 72.78%, followed by pulse plasma, dry mouth, dark red tongue, respectively accounting for 49.29%,36.79%,34.64%.The others are headache, watery stool, fatigue and dizziness, facial flushing, thin yellow tongue coating, five heart heat, reheat, menstruation less and black, dry stool, wakefulness, perspire, acroanesthesia, inappetence, ructus, palpitation, stomachache, swelling and aching of gum. In pathogenesis, both yin difficiency of liver and kidney and contacting heat and blood stasis occur the highest frequency as 194 times,164 times, accounting for 69.29%, 58.57%, followed by liver and kidney deficiency, heat hidden deep in blood, blood heat Yin injury, which percent are more than 30%.The others are poisoning hidden deep in blood, toxic damp heat stasis, blood hot and wind strong, excessive heat moving blood,blood overflow by damp and hot,and so on. In herbal medicine,Chishao, Dashendi, Danpi, Shuiniujiao which make up of XiJiaoDiHuang,occur the most frequency, more than 90%, The percent of Zicao, Xuanshen, Guijianyu, are respectively more than 50%, Hanliancao, Baiwei, Dijingcao, Zhishuizhi, Zelan, Goushecao are more than 30%, followed by Difuzi, Zhongjiefeng, Shenghuaihua, Paoshanjia, Loulu, and so on. [Conclusion] According to the study, first, yin difficiency of liver and kidney is the basis of the formation of blood stasis, heat in the blood stasis widely exsist in blood disease, Second, heat and blood stasis is the same pathological mechanism, the main similar syndromes are heat hidden deep in blood, blood heat Yin injury, poisoning hidden deep in blood, blood hot and wind strong and so on. Third, the main symptoms are bleed, dry mouth, dark red tongue, facial flushing, thin yellow tongue coating, pulse tender and smooth, the others are headache, dry stool, five heart heat, reheat, menstruation less and black, perspire, acroanesthesia, inappetence, ructus, palpitation, stomachache, etc. Fourth, The core prescription is XiJiaoDeHuang soup;commonly used drugs are Chishao, Dashendi, Danpi, Shuiniujiao, Zicao, Xuanshen, Guijianyu, Hanliancao, Baiwei, Dijingcao, Zhishuizhi, Zelan, Goushecao, Difuzi, Zhongjiefeng, Shenghuaihua, Paoshanjia, Loulu, and so on.
