The Research On The Cases Of Professor Zhou Zhongying Treating Asthma Based On Data Mining

[Objective] According from the national medical master Zhou Zhong Ying who research of asthma treatment for60years. There's a whole new theory that can help people to alleviate the pain of asthma by "deficiency of both lung and kidney&wind-phlegm attacked lung.". From the datas mining methods, we can know the numbers of datas are the same as master Zhou. Therefore, it became the key point to conform to the standard of62cases of asthma in remission stage. By using medication and treatment experience all base on Chinese Medicine which can prevention of disease and also use this advantage to avoid asthma happen.[Methods] By collecting all the stable period of asthma related cases from1986to2007. The accumulation data are strictly rescreening to meet the standard criteria. The results are62cases with196clinical follow up. All the clinical data are using SOL-server2005software to establish clinical case collections and database storage; moreover, using comprehend frequency distribution, cluster analysis,associated condition to focus on defining and analyzing the core prescription and the association with symptoms and pathogenesis, in the end sum up the result and draw a conclusion.[Results]The standard of these62cases, there are29males,33females, the average age is32.6. The oldest one is83years old, and the youngest one is2. The course of disease is from6months to51years. The average number is16.2years.The main symptoms are cough with sneeze,inch nose with sneeze, dry mouth with inch nose and chest pain will happen often by following these symptoms. By pathology, there are seven parts: lung, kidney, stomach, liver, spleen, heart, gall bladder. By the factors respectively and the frequency of those organ are phlegm84.18%, heat63.78%, wind54.08%, dampness8.67%, hematoma8.16%, moist3.57%, cold3.06%. The highest one is phlegm with wind48.98%. The part of hematoma is increase a lot after30years from the disease started. If the process of disease for31-40years, the frequency of hematoma is3.03%,41-50years is11.9%. More than50years would be33.33%. There are more than50%medication to use which are:Fabanxia, Nanshashen, Zhisangbaipi, Beishashen, Zhijiancan, Maidong, Chaohuangqin, Cangercao, Taizishen. The treatment of the disease summarize to medical type.
