TCM Syndrome Of Total Sudden Hearing Loss With Vertigo And Its Comprehensive Curative Effect Analysis

Definition:Sudden hearing loss involves an acute unexplained sensorineural hearing loss,so it is also known as idiopathic deafness,idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss.Total sudden hearing loss is manifested as drop of whole frequency,average auditory threshold(0.5,1,2,4 KHZ)?81dB;patients'hearing loss is serious,the prognosis is relatively poor and it may be accompanied by vertigo,tinnitus and aural fullness.This disease is not uncommon in clinical and it even has a tendency to increase.Total sudden hearing loss with vertigo sudden hearing loss has a poor prognosis;if not treated timely or properly,it may have troublesome sequelae and even lead to permanent hearing loss.In this article,causes,conclusions and clinical statistical analysis were carried out on Chinese and western medicine treatment progress and TCM syndrome of total sudden hearing loss with vertigo sudden hearing loss.Objectives:To discuss the curative effect of TCM syndrome in treating total sudden hearing loss with vertigo and the influence of vertigo on the prognosis of this disease.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on clinical materials of 92 patients with total sudden hearing loss with vertigo sudden hearing loss that had been treated in Jiangsu TCM Hospital from January 2014 to October 2016.Brainstem electric response audiometry was taken as the objective laboratory examination of main reference and a statistical analysis was carried out on materials.Results:The incidence of 5total sudden hearing loss with vertigo among female patients was higher than that among male patients;the dominated symptom of total sudden hearing loss with vertigo patients is severe hearing loss;the treatment effect of total sudden hearing loss with vertigo has not relation with the lasting time of vertigo and treatment courses,but related to the disease course;vertigo may decrease the curative effect of treating total sudden hearing loss;the total efficiency rate and healing rate of wind-evil invading patients from the total sudden hearing loss with vertigo group are lower than that of vertigo but no total sudden hearing loss group;the healing rate of patients with stagnancy of qi zhi xue yu from the total sudden hearingloss with vertigo group is lower than that of vertigo but no total sudden hearing loss group.
