Objective: The aim of this study is to optimize the original rehabilitation pathway through the vestibular rehabilitation training for patients with sudden deafness and vertigo,so as to reduce the degree of vertigo, improve the mental state of the patients and improve the therapeutic effect. Methods: In this study,102 patients with sudden deafness and vertigo hospitalized in the department from December 2016 to December 2017,were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in the observation group and 51 cases in the intervention group, and the two groups were assigned to different treatment areas to receive treatment, and the observation group was given conventional medicine treatment and intervention group. The vestibular rehabilitation training was given after routine medication and optimized pathway, and the data were statistically analyzed by those who did not participate in the study.Using the vertigo scale(DHI)to investigate and analyze the patients before and after the intervention by the subjective symptoms, body, emotion and function of vertigo;Use the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)to evaluate the anxiety and depression of the patients, and to compare the vertigo and the improvement of the mental state of the patients before and after the intervention. Results: 1.A total of 95 cases were included in the study.and the age and course of the two groups were analyzed by variance. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the course and age of the two groups, with comparability,P>0.05.2.There was no statistically significant difference in DHI,DHI-P,DHI-E,DHI-F,HADS-T,HADS-A and HADS-D scores between intervention group and observation group in two groups before intervention,P > 0.05,which had clinical comparability.3.After one week of intervention, there were significant differences in DHI and HADS scores between the two groups,P < 0.05.4.After two weeks of intervention, there were significant differences in DHI and HADS scores between the two groups,P < 0.05.Conclusions: 1.medical treatment can improve dizziness, mental state, anxiety and depression in patients with sudden deafness with vertigo.2.Vestibular rehabilitation training combined with medical therapy can improve dizziness, mental state, anxiety anddepression in patients with sudden deafness and vertigo.3.After the optimization of the vestibular rehabilitation training combined with medical therapy, the vertigo, mental state, anxiety and depression of patients with sudden deafness and vertigo were more significant than that of medical treatment.
