To Observe The Curative Effect Of Sudden Idiopathic Sensorineural Hearing Loss With A Comprehensive Treatment Such As Troxerutin

ObjectiveThrough different treatment of 136 cases of sudden deafness, to discuss the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment of sudden deafness with Troxerutin.MethodsImmediately after admission, all patients were given nerve nutrition therapy, hormone therapy, support therapy. The patients in control group add in 30 mg Vinpocetine injection, qd; the patients in treatment group add in 10 ml Troxerutin brain protein hydrolysis on the basis of the control group,qd. The treatment for 14 days,in the treatment of the 4th day, on the 8th day, at the end of the course review of pure tone audiometry, acoustic impedance. All the data use SPSS17.0 software analysis, P <0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.ResultTo relieve tinnitus symptoms aspect, there was no statistically significant difference in treatment group and control group(P =0.678). To improve hearing aspect, after treatment, the control group’s average auditory threshold(59.1±15.8)d BHL; the treatment group’s average auditory threshold(51.2±18.3) d BHL, the difference was statistically significant(F =1.442,P =0.012,P <0.05). The treatment group had(16.9±11.4)d BHL listening improve, the control group had(12.0±10.5)d BHL, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(the treatment group P =0.000, the control group P =0.000). The treatment group recovered 6 cases, 9 cases were markedly effective, effective 31 cases, 40 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 53.5%; the control group recovered 0 case, 6cases were markedly effective, effective 11 cases, 33 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 34.0%, the difference was statistically significant( χ2 =4.829,P =0.033,P <0.05).ConclusionsTroxerutin joint vinpocetin comprehensive treatment of SSNHL is valid, but its ability to improve the tinnitus as same as using vinpocetin quite alone, and need further study.
