Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Type And Curative Effect Of Sudden Low-tone Sensorineural Hearing Loss

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment on the different types of TCM syndrome types of sudden low-tone sensorineural hearing loss.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the cases of sudden low-tone sensorineural hearing loss treated in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2015 to January 2014. In the 124 cases, collect the results of pure tone audiometry before and after treatment, analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on various types of syndrome.Results:In the 124 cases, the male are 49 cases(39.5%),the female are 75 cases(60.5%), the left ear are 69 cases (55.6%),the right ear are 47 cases (37.9%), two ears are 8 cases (0.65%). Between the age of 13-79 years old, average for 46.05±13.26 years old.Course of disease from lday to 30 days, average for 7.59±15.31 days. The shortest course of treatment 1 days, the longest 33 days,average forl2.66±5.91 days.Among them,external invasion type are 31 cases(25.0%),into the disturbance type are 13 cases(10.5%),phlegm fire disturbing upper type are 16 cases(12.9%), Qi stagnation and blood stasis type are 45 cases(36.3%).deficiency of Qi and blood type are 19 cases(15.3%).After comprehensive treatment of Chinese Medicine, the total effective rate is 83.9%.Maximum effective rate is external invasion type,it is 90.3%.Minimun effective rate is deficiency of Qi and blood type, it is 79.0%.However,there is no significant difference in the effectiveness of various types of treatment(P>0.05). In the main accompanying symptoms, there are 110 cases of tinnitus(88.7%), there are 14 cases without tinnitus(12.3%). There are 81 cases of ear fullness (65.3%).There are 43 cases without ear fullness(34.7%).With hearing loss is 124 cases(100%). The effective rate of tinnitus, ear fullness and hearing loss is 89.1%?87.7%?87.1%.There is no significant difference in the the effective rate of the main symptoms of the syndrome treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:After comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine, the different types of sudden low-tone sensorineural hearing loss can obtain satisfactory curative effect.
