Objective:By the observation of related index,we discussed the effect of Gong di soups treatment for female stress urinary incontinence, spleen and kidney deficiency type, mild and moderate, which provides a more effective treatment method and thinking for clinical practice. Methods:All the cases in this study were from March 2017 to March 2018,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine urology clinic and inpatient department, which are continuous cases that conform to the standard of investigation cases.According to strict test of the inclusion and exclusion of standards,60 cases were randomly divided into the test group and the control group. The control group selected the pelvic floor functional exercise recommended by the 2014 edition of the Chinese Department of Urology Guide. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group is treated by addition and subtraction of Gong dike soup, which accord with the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Follow up 3 months after the end of the treatment and observe the recurrence rate. The dates of the experimental group and control group were collected before and after the intervention, including the amount of urine leakage in 1 hour urine pad test, for 72 hours on average 24 hours urinary leakage times,TCM syndrome integral, the international consultation on incontinence questionnaire.short form(ICI-Q-SF)score.Adverse reaction monitoring and analysis the therapeutic effects and safety of the two groups.Result:1.In the experimental group,30 cases were treated,of which 5 cases were cured,23 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,29 cases were treated,1 cases were cured,18 cases were effective,1 cases were shedding, the total effective rate was 65.51%.The two groups were tested by X2,The comprehensive effect of the the experimental group was better than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.013<0.05).2.Clinical related indexes:In the TCM syndrome score, the two groups were reduced after treatment and before treatment. The P value between the two groups was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The leakage of urine volume before and after the test, the experimental group and the control group can reduce the amount of urine leakage in 1 hour urine pad test in patients with SUI,and statistical analysis of P value of 0.032 is less than 0.05 in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, indicating the decrease in 1h urine pad test leakage, experimental group is superior to the control group. The average number of urine leakage in 24 hours, the experimental group and the control group can effectively reduce the average 24h number of urinary incontinence in patients with SUI,and between the two groups, statistical analysis of P value of 0.034 is less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, that in terms of reducing the average number of 24h urinary incontinence, the experimental group is superior to the control group; In the ICI-Q-SF score, between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant by statistical analysis, two groups can effectively reduce the ICI-Q-SF scores, and between the two groups after treatment by statistical analysis, the P value is 0.091>0.05,which means the difference not statistically significant,in the reducing ICI-Q-SF score between the two groups;3.In the two groups,1 cases were removed from the clinical study, and there were no obvious adverse reactions such as liver and kidney damage.4.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 7.14%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.31%).After X2 test, the difference s was statistically significant between the two group. Conclusion:Gong di soup combined with pelvic floor exercise therapy for women with spleen and kidney deficiency type of stress urinary incontinence(mild to moderate),improving the symptoms is better than the single use function of pelvic floor exercise, which is safe,non-toxic side effects, good compliance and other advantages.
