Background and ObjectivesHeight myopia refers to the myopia diopter number >-600-d,it is usually accompanied by a series of the characteristics of degenerative diseases like the retina,choroid,and sclera.Clinical can common saw in high myopia with cataract patients,the majorityof them with cataract nucleus cloudy and posterior capsular opacity,which sort of concurrency cataract patients often has obvious clinical manifestations and affect their daily life in the early years.At present the high myopia with cataract ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined intraocular lens implantation in patients has been widely favourably receive in clinical,the safety and reliability of this kind of operation have been repeated verification of clinical.On account of the high myopia patients with ocular axial length > 26 mm,usually the lens zonular ligament is flabby,and even the fracture risk,so the stability of these patients postoperative intraocular lensmaintenance has become the focus of clinical attention and research.The recent related research hints in patients with high myopia with cataract ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined IOL implantation incapsular recogniton ring of IOL implantation is conducive to support lens zonular ligament have stable effect,but the lack of detailed study.This study through to the second affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university eye high myopia patients with cataract ultrasonic biological microscope to observe the postoperative intraocular lens in the location inside the pouch,explore the pouch tensile ring for cataract combined postoperatively in patients with high myopia IOL differences of eccentricity and inclination.Materials and MethodsThis study collected from January 2012-December 2015 cataract ultrasonic emulsification gettering combined IOL implantation in high myopia with cataract patients with 36 cases(40 eyes)included in the study,17 cases(20 eyes)of men and women in 19 cases(20 eyes),age 60 ~ 79,the average age of 69.Preoperative ophthalmologic A/B ultrasonic and UBM examination,selection into the lens suspensory ligament high myopia with cataract patients without fracture,the ocular axial length 26 ~ 28 mm,the average axial length is 26.88 mm.Exclusion criteria:(1)traumatic cataract extractiont(2)determine retinal detachment and intolerance the surgery(3)the history have the eye surgery patients(4)can not accept UBM inspectors.According to whether intraoperative implantation of pouch tensile ring is divided into two groups,the implant group(group A)and the control group(group B).After 6 months to review the best corrected visual acuity,using UBM measure and calculate the inclination and the eccentricity.UBM check process: after inspectors fully enlarge pupil to select the supine position,use hydrochloric acid c beauty because surface anesthesia in eye cup after pour into liquid,scanning the horizontal and vertical directions,respectively,to obtain more Zhang Erwei images,the measured average 5 times.Reference to iris pigment on cortex,respectively measuring intraocular lens of the diameter of the two endpoints of A and B the distance to the reference line.Order to produce artificial lens distance on the horizontal and vertical directions,calculate the intraocular lens tilt and eccentricity.This study uses spss17.0 statistical software for data analysis.The comparison between the two groups of vision correction using chi-square test.Two groups of intraocular lens of eccentricity,inclination to use two independent sample t-test.Results1?Best corrected visual acuity comparison: two groups of postoperative visual acuity improved best corrected,no statistically significant differences between the two groups(p > 0.05)2?The comparison of intraocular lens tilt and eccentricity : the horizontal decentration,vertical decentration and total decentration of implant group were 0.15± 0.07 mm ? 0.30±0.40 mm ? 0.11±0.02 mm,the horizontal decentration,vertical decentration and total decentration of control group were 0.26 ± 0.19 mm ?0.32±0.60 mm ?0.24±0.97 mm.Horizontal tilt,vertical tilt and total tilt of group A were 0.02°±0.11°?0.70°±0.25°?0.21°±0.74°,while group B were 0.11°±0.31°?1.09°±0.20° ? 1.24°±0.97°.The horizontal and total tilt and decentration were statistical differences.(both p<0.05).No statistical difference was found both in the vertically tilt and decentration between two groups(p>0.05).Conclusions1?High myopia with cataract ultrasonic emulsification gettering joint vision after IOL implantation were improved than before.2 ? The tilt and decentration of capsular tension ring(CTR)in highmyopia patients after surgery were less than these without CTR patients3?CTR can support high myopia patients weak suspension ligament and have a stabilizing effect on the IOL4?Highmyopia patients were more satisfied with the surgery...
