Purpose: high myopia patients with cataract ultrasonic emulsification combined intraocular lens implant surgery,the comparative observation technique implantation for high myopia Zeiss Bigbag intraocular lens and conventional Zeiss after 209 m fold intraocular lens,posterior capsular to the retina eyesight,axial area before and after operation of distance and postoperative posterior capsular opacity,retinal detachment,macular edema sac sample such as postoperative complications.Research application by Zeiss Bigbag intraocular lens for high myopia patients with cataract is safe,effective,and its superiority in conventional intraocular lens.Methods:This article selects between January 2014 and January 2014,in ultrasonic emulsification combined intraocular lens implant surgery treatment of high myopia patients with cataract,age 47 ~ 65,A total of 20 cases(26 eyes),10 cases 13 eyes in each group,the length of eye axis is greater than 27 mm,implant group A Zeiss Bigbag intraocular lens;Group B Zeiss 209 m fold intraocular lens implanting.Retrospective analysis of the two groups after 6 months of follow-up data.Comparative analysis of two groups of preoperatie and follow-up with posterior capsular the distance to the retina eyesight,axial area,observing the postoperative complications(including posterior capsular opacity,retinal detachment,macular edema sac sample)is happening,on two groups of patients with postoperative satisfaction survey.With the result of the inspection SPSS19.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:1.The postoperative visual acuity: two groups of 20 cases(26 eyes with eye were successfully implanted intraocular lens,postoperative visual acuity improved 2 ormore lines.Early postoperative complications: some patients appear different degree of corneal edema,postoperative week all restore transparency;Late postoperative follow-up(6 months),retinal detachment occurred 1 case comparison: two groups of surgery eyes no retinal detachment occurred;Posterior capsular opacity to compare 2: A group without posterior capsular opacity occurred in 1 eye,eye eye posterior capsular opacity several for group B 2 eyes.The incidence postoperative posterior capsular opacity was similar between the two groups(P = 0.48,P > 0.48).3.The axial area posterior capsular and retinal distance changes: group A: 22.5585 + /-1.97742 preoperatively,postoperatively was 24.0808 + /-1.92194,the difference before and after operation was 1.5223 + /-0.16192;Group B: 20.0438 + /-0.98495 preoperatively,postoperatively was 21.7631 + /-0.98577,the difference between before and after operation was 1.7192 + /-0.03451.In the two groups before and after surgery axial area posterior capsular and retinal distance difference had obvious difference(P = 0.001,P < 0.05).4.Satisfaction survey: two groups of patients with implantation of intraocular lens in vision improve,there was no significant difference in aspects such as comfort,but group A Bigbag implanted intraocular lens to prevent glare phenomena occurred at night is better than group B(P = 0.039,P < 0.05).Conclusion:compared with 209 m fold intraocular lens,Bigbag intraocular lens further shorten the axial area posterior capsular and retinal distance difference before and after operation,closer to the physiological position,the lens inside the eye environment change smaller,better able to reduce the ultrasonic emulsification to remove the incidence of posterior capsular wrinkle after cataract extraction;Better to prevent the rear glass devices for chung,reduce the range of the movement before and after the vitreous,never can better prevent the fundus diseases such as high myopia patients with postoperative retinal detachment to happen.,reduced,in addition,the Bigbag the incidence of postoperative intraocular lens glare reduced obviously.At the same time,because of its negative diopter has a broader scope,also can reduce the postoperativepatients with high myopia diopter of myopia residue problem,the improvement of patients with postoperative vision has more obvious curative effect.As a result,the Bigbag intraocular lens more conventional 209 m more suitable for high myopia patients with cataract intraocular lens.In a word,Bigbag intraocular lens and 209 m fold intraocular lens in the treatment of high myopia patients with cataract is safe and effective in clinical application.Compared with the conventional Zeiss 209 m fold intraocular lens,the Bigbag intraocular lens implant surgery in patients with more satisfactory curative effect.
