Observation Of Clinical Efficiency Of Autohemotherapy Combined With Plum Acupuncture And In The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Spleen Of Urticaria

ObjectiveThere are more and more people who have urticaria,It pose no health threat to patients,due to the skin' s bumpy and itchy,repeated outbreak and protracted course of disease,chronic urticaria causes great disturbances in the lives of patients.Through randomized controlled study method,for to evaluate the clinical effect of plum acupuncture combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of deficiency of spleen of urticaria.relapse and bad reactions,and to observe its effect.MethodIn this study,according to voluntary principles and the urticaria of the diagnosis standard,strict inclusion of sixty-six subjects who were divided into two groups randomly.Treatment group were plum acupuncture every 2 days and autohemotherapy(xuehai,quchi,sanyinjiao,yinlingquan)every 3 days.The control group were treated with loratadine every day.in the treatment 30 days.we need observe the clinical effectResultsAfter 30 days of treatment,the plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy group is higher score than the drug group,in the plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy group,there are 19 people were cured,10 subjects are good,4 subjects were better,3 was not role.plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy group total effective rate were 90.9%,the drug group,12 subject were cured,9 subjects were good,8 subjects were better,4 people was not role,the the drug group total effective rate was 87.9%,Through the statistical test,the two treatment methods treated chronic urticaria were evaluated after 30 days of treatment that was no difference.plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy was better than drug,in the plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy the number?the size of wind group,pruritus,the number of wind groups occurs,the continuous wind group that have differences(P<0.05),in the two groups,two group of difference value score,in the plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy the number of wind group,pruritus,differences was statistically bigger significant(P<0.05),the size of wind group,the time of wind groups occurs,the continuous time of the wind group was not,that is said there are good effect in number,pruritus.there are not effect in size,time and continuous time,we call every cured subjects after 3 months,the recurrence rate was 26.3%in the plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy group,the recurrence rate was 83.3%in drug group,so plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy can reduce recurrence.Conclusionautohemotherapy combined with plum acupuncture and oral antihistamines loratadine these can perfect disease of chronicurticaria subjects after 30 days of treatment,such as reducing wind group number,shorten size,the number of wind groups occurs,the continuous time wind group the,plum acupuncture and autohemotherapy can reduce recurrence after 3 months,from the study,the autohemotherapy and plum acupuncture is more perfect and safe in people of urticaria,and is good for clinical and further study.
