BackgroundChronic urticaria is a common dermatosis, when the small vascular of the skin and mucosa are stimulated by the outsides, causing reactivity expansion and permeability increased that come with a limitation edema reaction, women take more percentage, especially in the 20-40 years. Patients may appear pruritus and wheal with different degree in clinical attack time, which disturbs work and daily life. The reason for this is very complicated, the cause is not clear in 75%of the patients. The underlying treatment of morden medical is to remove the cause of chronic urticaria, if not, reduce pathogenic factors. Western medicine therapy mainly contains corticosteroids、 anti-inflammatories、desensitization immunosuppressive drugs, which often have indefinite efficacy and side effects, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment of the disease can remission, enhaced physical, prevent recurrence.ObjectiveA meta-analyses method was used to qualitative and quantitative analyse the consequence of a number of independent research about acupoint injection desensitization with autoblood, evaluation of the effectiveness of acupoint injection desensitization with autoblood therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria, in order to provide objective evidence for the treatment of chronic urticaria, applying the best evidence to guide clinical decision making, and improve medical quality.MethodsFirst, carry out document retrieval, the database consist of Chinese database and English database(CNKI、CBM、VIP、Wan-fang database、PubMed、 Cochrane Library). Combined subject headings (MeSH) search, text word search. Chinese searching words:desensitization with autoblood, acupoint injection desensitization with autoblood, meridian self blood therapy, acupoint self blood therapy, acupoint self blood therapy, chronic urticaria, urticaria, urticaria, rubella;English searching words:Autohemotherapy、 Autoblood Point Injection Point Autohemotherapy、Acupoints Autohemotherapy、 Meridian Autohemotherapy、Urticaria、Chronic Urticaria、Hives。According to the inclusion and exclusion criterion, according to Jadad and Cochrane Collaboration "bias risk assessment tool to assess the quality of literature, the Cochrane Collaboration special statistic software revman5.2 meta analysis was performed according to the heterogeneity in selection, fixed effect model and random effect model.Results1.Preliminary retrieval of 502 papers, after screening confirmed, and finally included 12 papers, all of the papers are Chinese literature,2 master’s degree thesis,10 other articles for journals published. Using the Jadad literature quality score,2 papers score 3 points, belong to high quality literature;the remaining 10 scores are 1 points or 2 points, the literature quality is low.2.Using statistical software RevMan5.2 to carry on data statistics and Meta analysis to 12 documents, The results suggested that acupoint injection desensitization with autoblood is superior than other methods in the treat with Chronic urticaria, the difference of total effective rate and recurrence rate was statistically significant.3. Due to the number of samples and the sample size is small in the inclusion of the literature in this analysis, quality is inferior, and publication bias, so that the results of the meta analysis of low credibility.ConclusionAcupoint injection desensitization with autoblood is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chronic urticaria, although the quality of some papers are inferior, resulting in reduced credibility of evaluation results, the evidence at hand suggests that acupoint injection desensitization with autoblood is a effective method for the treatment of chronic urticaria, benefitspatients, worthing promotion.
