Objective:Through randomized controlled study method, this topic research is to evaluate the clinical effect of fire needle combined with Loratadine in the treatment of Chronic Urticaria, relapse, dosage and their influence on patients’quality of life, and to explore its mechanism, to provide clinical basis for this method of promotion.Method:In this study,70 Chronic Urticaria patients were recruited according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.70 Chronic Urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (35 patients) which received fire needle therapy combined with Loratadine, and control group (35 patients) which only had oral administration of Loratadine at the same dose as those in therapy group. After 6 weeks of treatment, had observed the two groups were compared before and after treatment, clinical efficacy, clinical signs and symptoms score, the Dermatology Life Quality Index, the dosage and its relapse. Using software packages SPSS 19.0 management and statistical analysised.Results:1.The comparison of clinical scores of skin lesion symptoms between groups.(1)Two groups can improve the clinical skin lesion symptoms(P<0.01).(2)After treatment, on scores of skin lesion symptoms the treatment group was obviously better than the control group’s(P<0.05).2.The comparison of the total effective rate between groups.(1)After treatment, treatment group cured in 21 cases,6 cases had marked effect, 2 cases were effectively,2 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.55%; The control group,16 were cured,2 cases were markedly effective, effective in 9 cases,4 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 87.10%.(2)The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, all showing significant difference(P<0.05).3.The comparison of the DLQI between groups.(1)Two groups can improve the DLQI(P<0.01).(2)The treatment group improve the DLQI better than the control group(P<0.05).4. The comparison of the dosage between groups.(1)The treatment group on the dosage reduction better than the control group(P<0.05).5. The comparison of recurrence rate between groups.(1)After a course of treatment, the results follow-up is that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 38.10%, the control group was 62.50%.Conclusion:1.Fire needle combined with Loratadine in the treatment of Chronic Urticaria compared with only had oral administration of Loratadine, on the clinical effect, clinical signs and symptoms score, improve the Dermatology Life Quality Index and the dosage are better.2.Thus, from the study, fire needle therapy combined with Loratadine is an effective treatment for Chronic Urticaria, and no drug side effects, the dosage reduction, safe, etc.,can be applied with clinical and further study.
