Clinical Observation On Intradermal Neddle Embedding The Dong’s Extraordinary Acupoint In Treating The Cold-damp Coagulation Type Of Primary Dysmenorrheal

ObjectiveTo objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of treating the cold-damp coagulation type of primary dysmenorrheal with intradermal neddle embedding the Dong’s extraordinary acupoint through controlled clinical trial of Fenbid.MethodsIn this study,60 cases were collected from DA YA WAN No.1 Middle School,Huizhou,Guangdong Province while one case was shedded.The cases were randomly separated into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(29 cases).Both two groups were continuously treating 3 courses.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the scores of Dysmenorrhea Symtoms would be observed before the treatment,after 1,2,3 course of the treatment and follow-up after one month within and between the two groups.Untoward and side effects needed to be recorded.All the dates were inputted into the SPSS software for statisical comparison.The description of measurement data selected T-test or rank test according to homogeneity test of variance.Chi-square test was chosen for enumeration data.The significance level was a=0.05.ResultsThe treatment group before and after treatment VAS score is as follows:before treatment 7.17±1.21;after treatment 1 6.13±1.17;after treatment 25.30±0.75;after treatment 34.73±0.79;follow-up 1 month 5.87±0.94;the scores of t of the treatment group before and after treatment were:31.000,14.000,14.250,8.963;the value of P were all 0.000.The control group before and after treatment VAS score is as follows:before treatment 7.11±1.29;after treatment 15.46±1.00;after treatment 2 4.39±0.83;after treatment 3 3.32±0.98;follow-up 1 month 6.57±1.73;the scroes of t before and after the end of each course of control group,were 12.813,16.016,20.139,4.448;the value of P were all 0.000.The treatment group and the control group before treatment and after each treatment and follow-up 1 month of the components of the comparison,the scores of t were:0.182,2.338,4.369,6.064,2.268;the values of P were:0.856,0.023,0.000,0.000,0.028.In the treatment group before and after treatment,dysmenorrhea symptoms were as follows:before treatment 14.10±3.43;after treatment 1 after the end of 11.27±3.10;treatment after the end of 9.40±2.46;after treatment 3 after the end of 8.70±2.41;after the end of treatment 1 month 10.30±3.21;The treatment group before treatment and after the end of treatment,the corresponding t values were:19.607,19.547,21.060,42.982;corresponding to the P value of 0.000.The score of dysmenorrhea before and after treatment was 14.29±3.47 before treatment,11.18±2.47 after treatment 1,9.14 ±1.72 after treatment 2,7.57±1.50 after treatment,and 12.29 ± 2.67 for 1 month.Before and after treatment,the corresponding t values were 13.395,13.049,15.088 and 9.165 respectively,and the corresponding P values were 0.000.The treatment group and the control group before treatment and after the end of each treatment and follow-up 1 month between the groups,the corresponding t values were:-0.205,0.119,0.465,2.156,2.555;corresponding to the P value were:.0.838,0.905,0.644,0.036,0.013.After the treatments,both Dong’ s true channels and extraordinary acupoint Acupuncture Group with the Fenbid Group have a remarkable effect in treating the cold-damp coagulation type of Primary dysmenorrhea according to the comparison of before and after treatments in those two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).In the meanwhile,the comparison of the scores of VAS and Dysmenorrhea Symtoms recorded after the treatments between the treatment group and control group shown that the control group’ s scores is muchleser.The results had significant diffence(P<0.05).While in the follow-up study,the scores of the control growed higher than the treatment group.The results also had significant diffence(P<0.05).ConclutionBoth Dong’ s true channels and extraordinary acupoint Acupuncture Group and Fenbid Group could lower the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the scores of Dysmenorrhea Symtoms,According to the final statistic results,the Fenbid has a much more remarkable effect in short-term clinical efficacy.While in the clinical follow-up surbey after treatments,the scores of VAS and Dysmenorrhea Symtoms in the Fenbid Group were much higher than the Dong’ s Group,therefore the Dong’ s acupuncture owns a better long-term curative effect.There were no adverse reactions during the whole study.
