Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea by Catgut implantation at acupoint therapy combined with point application therapy.Methods According to the research criterias,we selected 120 cases of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea patients from the acupuncture and moxibustion department and gynecology department in the xxxx hospital during the period of 2015 February to 2017 January.Then these patients were averagely distributed to four groups by the table of random numbers,each group include 30cases.Observing and recordingthe pain VAS score,the dysmenorrhea symptom integral and the change of Chinese medicine symptom integral of the patients before and after the treatment.According to the change of the integral,we assessed the clinical efficacy after all the data having been statistical analysis with SPSS21.0 software.Results 1.In the aspect of dysmenorrhea symptom integral:(1)Before the treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptoms integral of the four groups patients were compared one to another,and the differences between them are statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)The differences of dysmenorrhea symptom integral of all the patients after treatment compared with before treating were statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)After the treatment,the dysmenorrhea symptoms integral of the four groups patients were compared one to another:The differences of group A compared with group B,groupC,groupD group were statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of group B,group C compared with group Dwere statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of group B compared with group C were no statistically significant(P>0.05).2.In the aspectofTCM syndrome integral:(1)Before the treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of the four groups patients were compared one to another,and the differences between the four groupsare statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)The differences of the TCM syndrome integral of all the patients after treatment compared with before treating were statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)After the treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of the four groups patients were compared one to another:The differences of group A compared with group B,groupC,groupD group were statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of group B,group C compared with group Dwere statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of group B compared with group C were no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.In terms of pain VAS score:(1)Before the treatment,the pain VAS score of the four groups patients were compared one to another,and the differences between the four groups are statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)The differences of the pain VAS score of all the patients after treatment compared with before treating were statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)After the treatment,the pain VAS score of the four groups patients were compared one to another:The differences of group A compared with group B,groupC,groupD group were statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of group B,group C compared with group Dwere statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of group B compared with group C were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions 1.The Catgut implantation at acupoint therapy,point application therapy,oral ibuprofen were effective in the treatment of cold coagulation andblood stasis type of dysmenorrhea.2.The Catgut implantation at acupoint combined with apoint application therapy for the curative effect of cold coagulation andblood stasis type of dysmenorrhea is superior.
