Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cold-damp Stagnated Type Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Acupoint Paste Of Uterus-warmed And Pain-relieved

Objective:In this paper,using Acupoint paste of Uterus-warmed and pain-relieved and Pseudo-ginseng Dysmenorrhea Capsules to treat cold-damp stagnated type of primary dysmenorrhea have been observed the curative effects and done comparative analysis.Methods: 60 patients were diagnosed as cold-damp stagnated type of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases, the treatment group was treated with Acupoint paste of Uterus-warmed and pain-relieved, the control group was treated with Pseudo-ginseng Dysmenorrhea Capsules. one month, three months and three months after stopping the efficacy of the improvement in clinical symptoms in both groups were observed after treatment and the onset of abdominal pain, abdominal pain before and after treatment duration of efficacy of the treatment group and the relationship between relevant factors.Results: After treatment, one month, three months total effective rate of disease was 80.0%, 96.7%, control group 73.3%, 86.7%, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); the treatment group stopped drugs three months after the effective rate was 70.0% disease control group, the disease three months after the withdrawal total effective rate was 26.7%, the two groups there was a significant difference (P <0.01); treatment for 3 months TCM symptoms treatment group the total effective rate was 93.3%, 70% of the control group, two groups was significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: The efficacy of both groups is similar, but the treatment group was significantly better in the long-term efficacy than the control group. Treatment group is better in improving aspects of TCM syndrome than the control group, can effectively reduce the degree of abdominal pain, shorten the abdominal pain time, improve the situation and associated symptoms, and regardless of age, menarche age, duration, degree of dysmenorrhea. Acupoint Paste of Uterus-warmed and pain-relieved is one effective treatment that is used to treat cold-damp stagnated type of primary dysmenorrhea worthy promotion.
