Clinical Study On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Cold Coagulation And Stasis Type With Wenjing Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application

Objective: To compare the efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application and Wenjing Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation type,according to the changes of dysmenorrhea symptom scores,VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,compare the efficacy advantages of the two groups of treatments.The curative effect of the two provides a more valuable treatment for clinical treatment of cold clotting type primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation sputum in the gynaecological clinic from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the National Hospital of Honggutan Branch were selected.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups.Each group was 30 cases.The control group was treated with Wenjing Decoction(Jinkui Wenjing Decoction and Liangfang Wenjing Decoction):The patients were treated with Liangfang Wenjing Decoction from 5 days before the menstrual period to D2.After menstruation is clean,take the medicine jinkui Wenjing Decoction for 7 days.Both sides are 1 dose / day,warm boiled water,a total of about 200-300 ml of medicine,take two doses,4-6h in the morning and evening.The study group was treated with acupoint sticking on the basis of the control group.The acupoints were applied: cinnamon,corydalis,cumin,black medicine,and WuHao;acupoints: Shenque,Guanyuan,Yaoyangguan,and uterus(double).Acupoint application treatment from 5 days before the first day to the second day after the operation.1 time/day,4-6h self-removal,a total of 7 times/month.Both groups were treated continuously for one course(3 menstrual cycles)and followed up for 3 months.The improvement of dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score and TCM syndrome before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy was statistically analyzed.Results:In terms of short-term efficacy,there were significant differences in the three aspects of dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods for the disease Both can play a certain therapeutic effect.However,in the above three aspects,the improvement of the study group was the most obvious,and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group.In terms of overall efficacy,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%,while the control group was only treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The total effective rate was 79.31%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).From the comprehensive efficacy of TCM syndrome scores,the total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application for PD(cold blood coagulation)was better than that of the control group with Wenjing Decoction alone.In the long-term efficacy,the VAS scores of the study group after treatment and the follow-up were statistically inferior(P>0.05),but the VAS scores of the control group were significantly different after treatment and at the follow-up(P<0.05).The results of the study group treated with Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application for the treatment of cold coagulation sputum PD can be continued until follow-up.The long-term clinical effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that the traditional Chinese medicine Wenjing Decoction combined with acupoint application for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(cold blood stasis)is better than oral administration of Wenjing Decoction,which is worthy of clinical use.
