Clinical Study Of Acupoint Application On Primary Dysmenorrhea(Cold-coagulation And Blood-stasis Type)

Objective:A randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare the efficacy of acupoint application and Tianqitongjing capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to cold coagulation and sputum,and to explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to cold blood coagulation and whether the curative effect is better than Tianqi dysmenorrhea.Capsules provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of acupoint sticking in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:72 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:Chinese medicine acupoint application group and Tianqi dysmenorrhea capsule group.The two groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles,3 menstrual cycles were 1 course of treatment,and 1 course of treatment was given.The patients were followed up for 3 months after the end of treatment.During the treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the two groups were collected and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and any adverse reactions were observed to evaluate their safety.Results:1.The comparison results within the group showed that the VAS and dysmenorrhea sytptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment after one course of treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups had significant cold clotting type of primary dysmenorrhea.Efficacy.The VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom scores at 3 months after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups still had significant effects 3 months after treatment.There was no significant change in VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom scores after 3 months of treatment compared with post-treatment,suggesting that both groups were stable for cold clotting-type primary dysmenorrhea.2.The comparison between groups showed that there was no significant difference in VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom scores between the acupoint application group and Tianqitongjing capsule group(P>0.05),suggesting that acupoint sticking and Tianqitongjing capsule can improve the primary of cold coagulation type.There was no significant difference in dysmenorrhea VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom scores.3.The overall efficacy showed that the total effective rate was 94.28%in the acupoint application group and 88.24%in the Tianqitongjing capsule group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting acupoint application and Tianqi dysmenorrhea.Capsules have the same therapeutic effect in treating the overall efficacy of cold clotting-type primary dysmenorrhea.However,the total effective rate of the acupoint application group was higher than that of the Tianqi dysmenorrhea capsule group,suggesting that the acupoint application is more obvious in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:Acupoint application and Tianqitongjing Capsule are effective treatments for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea due to cold blood coagulation,but acupoint application is superior to Tianqitongjing capsule in treating prinary dysmenorrhea.
